You ask me for feedback on a delivery that has still to be made. After 1 attempt to deliver nothing more was done until I raised a query!!!!

Our Response: That's correct. if the person receiving the item is not home then a card is left for them to arrange a new delivery date. The courier will not just continue to try day after day on the off chance they may be in.
As usual Parcel Monkey was perfect. By far the best service I have used ever.
