It would be helpful to state that not all parcels i.e parallel bars need be in a box - should state needs to be covered.

All items being sent need to be covered or boxed in order to protect them and other items they come in contact with from being damaged.

booked and paid for a collection of three parcels you sent me a collection date stayed in all day and only one was collected not impressed.

It was a shame that the golf clubs couldn't be insured in transit, but they seem to have survived okay.

Was okay, was slow to get label to come through, couriers tracking system was so bad had to phone them to check it was okay.
