Courrier said premisis were locked even though he parked on drive & drove off, had to re-shedule the collection. Very poor customer service!

Easy to book courier. Collected on time and haven't heard from person it was delivered to so presuming all is fine. Good value too.

The only part that could be improved is to reduce the pick time - it's rather frustrating waiting in all day for you to arrive!

Parcel was not collected because they had a bag and it did not fit in the bag so refused to take it, i had to send it another way

Our Response: If your item was 40x40x10cm then it would fit in the bag. As it didn't then you clearly made a mistake when measuring the item and that is why it was rejected.
