Delighted with the ease of sending package to Milan, Italy, the online system handled the Customs requirements very well and delivery date was less than a week from drop off.
Actual delivery was as suggested when booking.
Well recommended, will definitely use again.

Dishonest, they lost my parcel and tried to say it was returned to me. Firstly no reason provide, no signature proof of delivery- I was at work when they claimed to have returned without any reasoning. For months we went round and round in circles as they have been lying all along, my parcel was insured I paid a premium of £40 to insure which is pure rip off as they dont insure you simple take you money. They have no call centres instead you send multiple emails, takes days if not weeks to reply, every time its a new person replying- poor customer service infact zero customer service, they are liars and have the audacity to blame customer. I paid for a service and they failed to delivery my package and have lost my item, the tracking number proves this as they dont have a record of delivery or return. AVOID THIS COMPANY, I have read multiple reviews all the same- they need to take this seriously and pay me for my item instead of shifting the blame onto me. They delayed for months then tried to say its been too long, what a joke- having provided all the info they required they then give the same reason stating it was redelivered such a weak response you accepted responsibility waste my time to provide evidence then tell it was returned. Its day light robbery- customers cannot do anything as they simple have no respect nor do they value customers, sale of good and service act 1984 havent even refunded for the service which they charged me for in full Paid for £1000 insurance- means nothing DO NOT SURE PARCELMONKEY, INSURANCE IS A SCAM- THEY LOSE YOUR PARCELS AND DISHONEST AND BLAME CUSTOMERS- WHY WOULD YOU RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT REASONING- NO PROOF OF RETURN, COMPLETE JOKER- SCAM

DO NOT BOTHER - lost two of my parcels, no updates, no refunds. Parcel Monkey is just a middle man and their couriers are just ****! Save yourself a headache and go direct or elsewhere

Booked a parcel to be picked up, Parcel wasnt picked up, no phone number on a web chat, Was promised it would be picked up the next working day stayed in all day- again not picked up. Customer services have no connection to the company that was booked, so cant call them or speak to them, this is shoddy at best. so i have had to take another day off waiting for the pick up that hasnt arrived so another day wasted. After 2 days booked off waiting to get the package picked up Im out 2 days work and still have the package. Not very good service at all. As an update, after lied to by customer service regarding a missed pick up i would avoid at all costs Use them at your own peril!!

Ive been using ParcelForce via the ParcelMonkey website to post things. Its always been reliable, Ive never heard any complaints from the recipients. Im very pleased with the service.

AVOID AVOID AVOID ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I’ve waited over 3-4 months now waiting for a parcel to come back to myself. first they lost my parcel then refused to pay compensation. then they however miracously found it. they then tried to bill me £285 to send it back to me. ???????????? i booked my own collection with an ADR licensed courier via ups on the day of collection they said would need to clear this with the manager before allowing it out. they’re an absolute joke there’s no physical number to speak to anyone you have to speak to some via message they don’t actually ship it themselves they sub contract other couriers that lose your belongings. buy cheap buy twice.

I arranged pickup from an ebayer’s location and delivery to me. EBayer packed and driver brought labels. Pickup was first thing Wednesday, Delivery Friday afternoon. Everything went well although insurance was not possible due to the type of item. Perhaps uninsurable items list could appear earlier in the booking process. I might have thought twice although in retrospect I’m glad to have my item safe and sound.

Parcelforce managed to deliver the package to the wrong delivery hub, then took a further day to return it to the central hub.
A 48hr delivery took 72 hrs in total.
Thankfully the package was delivered during the working day.
Would use them again. They were the cheapest but would factor in the possibility of a repeat performance.

This seems like a good site to use to send a parcel to Thailand. The website was easy enough to use but the process is complicated with the detail required by customs. Leave yourself enough time to fill in the questions very carefully. I got kicked off the first time because I took too long completing the form :-( It hasnt arrived yet so when it does I will amend to 5 stars
