I organised to send a package to Singapore, all details of the contents were fully described. The package was picked up OK but a few days later it was returned. Apparently it could not be sent by Airmail. The cost was just over £42.00. On contacting customer services on Live Chat, they read my messages but refused to respond to my enquiry as to whether I was due for a refund. Not impressed

I looked on line and found p monkey. Which was easy to navigate as I only did it on my phone.so Internet wise very easy.i booked the next day option as I dont like my parcels in the system to long ie days.
So booked 24 hrs service and it went like clockwork picked up when it was booked and dropped before noon the next day.no damage either.
Very pleased.

Really surprised how little the costs were however I didn’t receive any information about collection times for my parcel. Ended up waiting in nearly a full day. Also I paid for a 24hr express service but the parcel took 48hrs to arrive at its destination (not necessarily parcel monkey fault) for the sake of a few £ it was still reasonably priced. I would have given 5* if it wasn’t for this minor hiccup.

I give it a 0/10, I am getting very late replies and my parcel is taking very long to get to its destination, it is a very bad service and I don’t recommend.I was told last minute that I have to give extra money for the kg, which was correct but they said it wasn’t. The kg should have been checked before it went to the country.

Usually use parcel2go. Parcel Monkey was £10 cheaper with a DPD delivery to Ireland and everything when smoothly. Now have an account with Parcel Monkey.

Not very happy at the moment, we were charged for extra weight of a parcel, this was not correct as the parcel was a small light one and the courier claimed it was almost 2k, I have queried it but still nothing resolved.

My item was not delivered, and the tracking system said it was stuck in customs, even though I used the customs paperwork provided by Parcel Monkey. I was waiting for over 2 months without any updates, and when I contacted ParcelMonkey, and provided all the information they requested, I was told I wasnt entitled to any compensation.

Go to use Parcel Monkey first every time as it is quick, efficient and intuitive. Works for me and brings me better prices than using couriers directly.

I was assured that the 1-2 day international courier service was delivering on time, so I purchased. It took 5 working days to arrive. I complained and was just referred to their terms and said it was my fault. Parcel Monkey will lie to you to make a sale, so be aware. Their customer services are also very rude.

Gave size and weight chose a delivery option, paid my money, parcel picked up the following day and delivered the next. Cant get better than that two happy bunnies. Easy peasy hardest part for me was wrapping the object.
