Booked a parcel under the 48 hours express service. Which actually took 6 days. Contacted parcelmonkey to complain and they simply told me tough- it’s not guaranteed. Terrible service .

Overall good, but my barcode would not scan and the person who picked up my parcel was reluctant to help. Only on my insistence he put the details in manually. Keeping my fingers crossed that my parcel arrives at its destination.

I have only used Parcel Monkey twice and both times to the same person. It does exactly what it says on the tin. As long as they dont change anything to make things complicated, Parcel Monkey will do very well.

Process was great, easy and clear. However when UPS arrived with parcel they would not let me have it without an additional bankers draft of $102. There was no explanation of this fee and the item I was sent was a very light eight small bag I have owned for many years that I left at my mother home in the UK. I paid almost $70 for the shipping and have no idea what the $102 was for or why i had to go o a bank to get a bankers draft before i could receive my parcel. Would have been cheaper/more straight forward to use Royal Mail.

Really pleased with how swiftly this went parcel went to New Zealand. Will definitely use again as each stage was explained by using the link of the email confirmation to track the parcel and my niece received an email to ask permission to leave in a safe place in the event they were not in.

Usual great service, Ive used this service several times now, only had one problem, with a returned parcel, however it was dealt with efficiently & found staff to be friendly and kept me up to date.
Often cheaper to use these guys, than go direct!
Would I recommend Parcel Monkey, of course!
