Picked this company to send the parcel to Israel. Weight my parcel at the post office it was less that 3.5kg all correct measurements. Paid £52 to this company after they took the parcel I received an email that they have changed my card additional £12 due to incorrect weight which is totally lying. Very disappointed

The sign of a good company is how they perform when things go wrong. I have been using Parcel Monkey for 5 years sending care packages to my son in Europe. Mostly without issue. However when the last parcel went astray they sorted the issue quickly without fuss. Keeping me well informed throughout.

Did not attempt to deliver to the address as requested, my parcel was instead delivered to a pick up point 20 minutes drive away. very inconvenience.

This is horrendous. I have used this platform to book courier services on three separate occasions within the last few months. Each time this has resulted in the contents being damaged beyond repair. Lost so much money as a result that just fills me with despair. I’m really angry that some people would be so careless!

I paid for a parcel to be delivered to Guernsey 30th June from the UK and it still has not arrived at its destination. I have been contacting parcel monkey daily and I keep getting the same response that they are contacting the courier. I paid for ‘insurance’ through parcel monkey to cover the contents of the parcel as it’s worth £600 and when i ask what their policy is for claiming they ignore me and say they are still awaiting information from the courier! what a joke!

I cant fault parcel monkey on delivering my parcels .iv just recently started my own buisness and sending at least 5 to 8 arcelss a month . My only problem is that when a parcel goes to a new buisness premises the couriers dont call or email stating that they cant find address .iv put the company contact details etc and no one cobtacts you to communicate etc .its infuriating .text and email are ok but Im running a buisness and I had a parcel returned the condition of parcel was hurendous and my merchandise was ruined. The cost in relation to this was over 100 pounds to myself having to pay and extra 20pound to have it returned and insurance on it .I wish people would talk and communicate with individuals. To resolve matters at hand

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!! The parcel I sent was smaller & lighter than what I paid (£21.00) for & they hit me with an charge of £18.49 10 days later saying the parcel I sent was oversized/overweight. THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF.

I have used Parcel Monkey in the past and been reasonably happy but on this occasion they have been disappointing. Booked a delivery for last Thursday, 25 August which has not been collected. Advised by Parcel Monkey they were advised by the DPD the parcel was collected. The online chat facility to report a problem is fairly helpful, but it can take a while for them to respond by which time Ive missed another pick up time for next day delivery. Have had to re-book and hopefully receive a refund for failed collection.

I had a great experience using Parcel Monkey to find a shipper. I chose Global Priority and it was way cheaper than, Fed-Ex, UPS, or DHL. It took about the same time to arrive as a package I had shipped a few months earlier from UPS. Both packages were shipped from the UK to the USA. Based on my experience I would recommend PM and GP.

Send a parcel with parcel monkey I estimated the weight at 11kg and then paid the required amount £16.38 About a week later a further £41.28 is taken out of my account by parcel monkey They sent me an invoice (which I have on email) saying they weighed the parcel and it weighed 9.6 kg If anything they should owe me a partial refund Not happy at all !! I have emailed them every day since without response IF YOU SEND WITH PARCEL MONKEY BE VERY CAREFUL,THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND YOU WILL FUND IT IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ANY RESPONSE FROM THEM .

Took £15 extra from my card 2 weeks larger for excess size. I tripled checked the measure and weight before booking so I am sure I was under the size limit. Emailed them but got no reply. Do not save your credit card details with them!
