Posted a parcel for a decent price then had a charge of over £50 taken from my card days later- reason being over size, however I added that my parcel was heavier than it actually was at the time time of booking!!! I can’t reclaim the money as I didn’t take pictures of the parcel with my label on it and also pictures of the measurements- who on earth takes pictures of a parcel their sending with measurements! Won’t be using this site again , I will stick to my usual more reliable parcel site.

Very simple to organise. Collection was on time and very straightforward. Delivery was on time. Will definitely use again.

Charged a ‘final’ charge on my parcel. I measure and weigh them again. They come back and say ‘oh! We’ve laser measured’ Oh hang on while I pull my laser measurer out!

Ill never use parcelmonkey again after the service I received! My item wasnt even delivered and then it cost me more to have the parcel returned than the original postage cost! Ive spent nearly £30 and Ive still got the item and Ill have to pay again to send it! Zak in customer services needs to learn how to actually provide customer service, he was the most unhelpful person Ive ever dealt with! I wouldnt recommend using this company at all! Ill be sticking with Royal Mail from now on!

I measure the size of the tent bag i add extra size to comply with a box I used my digital scales for exact weight The price was £25 the package was picked and delivered yet you took a further £52 out of my account without consulting me to say the size and weight was wrong

Parcel was collected on the 31st January 2022 for next day delivery to Amazon, it is the 12 Feb 2022 today and parcel monkey are closed for the weekend. They have lost my parcel, I had to explain twice what my parcel looked like, all I keep on hearing is that the courier is looking for the lost parcel. Its my first time using Parcel Monkey and the service I have received is Awful, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Parcel Monkey you should have resolved this by now by reimbursing me for the lost parcel & costs.

So easy to use! I had a large parcel to send and not sure where to start. Parcel Monkey was recommended by a seller I used on Etsy. It was straight forward, a good price and the goods shipped as expected.

Collected when stated, bit pricey but was easy to follow instructions. Would be more useful to be able to track the collection time or at least had maybe an hours slot for collection but I guess that’s done to the parcel service picked not directly parcel monkey itself.

Not received goods, received paper work in Spain 1 week after it was supposed to arrive asking me to go through all the documentation again. No support and extra charges made to card.

I was charged twice for a single parcel the parcel was then claimed to be over 3 times its actual weight. Making a parcel charge in excess of £127. They have no phonelines. After 3 months of writing and sending proof of the weight in witnessed photographs initiated County court proceedings and at the recommendation of the court I took their offer to pay back the original £48 overcharge. Court action is the only reason I got paid out . DO NOT USE THUIS DREADFUL COMPANY

Claimed my parcel was 18kg overweight and charged me £80 on top of a already £100 service. Complete con as I weighed it myself at 15kg. Will never use parcel monkey again.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with Parcel Monkey. Measured and Weighed my parcel accurately on postal scales. Booked and paid the £26 to send my very small parcel, overseas. A week later I received an email stating an additional £66 had been taken out of my bank account, this was without my consent. Parcel Monkey stated my 700 GRAM, large letter parcel, in fact weighed 7KG. Any human being could quite easily work out, that this is nigh impossible for a parcel of that size to weigh 7KG. Unless my 12cm(W) x 17cm(L) x 2cm(H) (A6) parcel was filled entirely with a heavy slab of metal. Instead the contents was bubble wrap and a Cake Topper! Parcel Monkey said I needed picture evidence, of my parcel on the scales, which I obviously did not have, as I never thought I would ever need to prove the weight of such a small, lightweight parcel! The pictures I did have, of the opened parcel, label included, that was kindly sent by the recipient, was said to be not good enough. I will never use Parcel Monkey again, there are far superior companies available. I send parcels UK and overseas, for business every single day and have never been so disappointed with a service or charged so wrongly and highly.

Parcel monkey is not trust worthy. They capture business showing competitive rates. But they send you overage charges many days later and charge it on your card. We had 2 instances like this and the reason they mentioned was a LIE. They said we had booked for 1kg parcel and our parcel was 1.1kg in one case and 1.4kg in another case. But our parcel in reality a lighter one as we had weighed it prior to booking the service, it was only 600gm and 700gm in these cases. So the extra £4+ that they charged us in each case later was a spam. They have not responded to our request for details and proof from carrier receipt for this. Never trust them!!!

Vorsicht, systematische Betrugsmasche! Bucht mehrere Wochen nach Ankunft des Pakets noch nachträglich Geld (15 Prozent der Transportkosten) vom Paypal-Konto ab, weil Paket angeblich 50 Gramm (!) zu schwer war und fordert Foto des verpackten Pakets auf einer Waage. Das Paket existiert dann natürlich nicht mehr. Tipps: - Unbedingt die Abo-Vereinbarung bei Paypal sofort löschen! - Paket direkt nach Erhalt auf die Waage legen und fotografieren - Paket mit Maßband fotografieren, um Abmessungen zu dokumentieren.
