Searched out three quotes from three different sites. ParcelMonkey were the only ones that did not feel like they were extorting me for the extra for cost for insurance. Still dont think I should have to pay extra to protect my goods from clumsy delivery men but the other sites were applying rip off rates. Oh, and the item arrived on time and in the condition that it left me, so well done PM!

System worked well & easy to use. Paying easy with Paypal & label printing went well. All I had to do was take it to the drop off point. Thank you & parcel arrived safely, so thanks again.

Terrible service. They bashed my parcel and wouldnt take any responsibility as they said that I had not paid extra for the insurance. Surely they should have some responsibility as they didnt fulfill the contract?

AVOID THESE SHARKS!! I thought this was a good service but I have just had a further charge of £45 taken from my account without any further explanation. AVOID!! Sharks!! No correspondence to explain or allow me the chance to challenge it.

I ordered a parcel to go to China and they provided the International paperwork then when it got to China it was held and stated as wrong paperwork.This took from 8th October until January and I had to demand the return of the item so would never use them again.

I have only used Parcel Monkey twice and they have been excellent both times. You cant really go wrong as they use their buying power to get the best rates from established couriers and pass great rates on to you. In my case I selected (You can choose) ParcelForce both times and the items arrived in France quickly and with minimum (Zero) fuss.
The website is easy to use and my only gripe would be the customs document because you need to search for a custom code. Minor problem.
Ive not used them for local deliveries so dont know if they are still super competitive there as well.

Exactly as advertised. Able to complete multiple parcel details and choose a service, best priced options are then shown. Booking was quick and easy and all relevant paperwork and labels required for the delivery were sent through quickly. Easy to use dashboard allows you to track parcel or find labels and paperwork.

Amazing Service ???? they delivered my parcel all the way from London UK to Guernsey and it only took a few days! I couldnt be happier with them! I highly recommend plus will use them again

Ref PM10255406. Once again we have had a parcel returned from Ireland all it says on the parcel is " insufficient details". We do not know what is insufficient detail as the address with post code is correct, we have the same paperwork on it as per other shipments that have gone through, someone is making a killing out of this as this has cost us an extra £14 for the pleasure, all we got on tracking was for days "new label being printed", if there was a problem then why was we not contacted??, this i think is simple, there was no problem, jus a great way of making extra money, ship out, charge, ship back, charge.

We delivered our parcel to a shop as instructed on December 11 — a Christmas present for our Mum in America. It sat stranded in a DPD depot until January when Parcel Monkey asked me to pay £12 to get it back. They ultimately delivered it for free. I asked for a refund — had to ask five times before they even agreed to a partial refund. They said I had "used the service" so would only refund 75%. Terrible terrible experience.

This company showed me they have empathy and care about customer after my parcel was RTS due to invoice issue (Brexit issues). They refunded the cost of the shipment and response from their customer service was very prompt. Highly recommend.
