I posted a porcelain sink and it was protected so well it could have been dropped from a great height !! But parcel monkey managed to break it and in the small print basically nothing is covered I wouldn’t recommend

Parcel wasn’t collected on date stated, had to re submit another collection date. When collected it showed on tracking that the parcel collected and at the depot. Days later still showing the same on tracking parcel. After 7 days the recipient of the parcel informed me that it had been delivered but tracking still said ‘at Depot’.,… not impressed for price charged.

Ive used this service numerous times and had excellent service every time. Labels are processed within minutes for printing, good competitive prices too. Ive found it cheaper than other parcel courier companies, so Parcel Monkey will always be my first choice.

My parcel has not yet been received. The receiver checked the ParcelForce website to track the delivery only to find out that he is expected to collect the parcel from an unknown depot and that he was supposedly informed of this. He was not.

Paid for an insured 24hr service, sent on time 1st issue is - checking the PM terms the item sent wont be covered, they ask you what it is and then sell you cover they wont ever honour. 2nd issue is - paid for 24hr, not delivered. I asked PM and was told Id dropped it off late. Not true at all. Seems they just lie to get you to go away. I pulled them on this and they said "oh sorry, come back tomorrow and well look into it". It was delivered 24hr late and when I requested the compensation id be offered had I booked with PF they declined saying its not guaranteed (it is according to PF) save yourself the stress and money and book it directly - the few pounds you might save are insignificant compared to the hassle.

I was sent an additional charge of £52 which is about 3 times over the initial payment for adding in the wrong weight. In the final invoice sent to me, the actual weight is lower than the estimated weight. On discussing with the service executive through chat, I was told that I would hear from them in 24 to 48 hours, I am yet to get a response from them. I was not informed about the excess charge while the parcel was with the carrier.
