The only winge I have is that I didnt see the £1000 limit, and spent about 3 days trying to input my order only to have it disappear completely without explanation, at least 5 times. Finally I tried inputting it on MS Edge and that told me about the ceiling. Getting the customs forms printed was another nightmare, but nothing to do with ParcelMonkey. Ive no idea when the customer will receive his parcels, but I hope they will arrive soon.

Found it to be cheaper direct on the site and I would have been able to have it picked up from my house for less money. Also ordered 24 hour delivery which took 3 days. Buy direct from the courier

A very important parcel as booked with Parcel monkey. It was for my Grandaughter birthday. 4 days notice of the collection date was given. The parcel was not collected and she therefore didnt receive her card or present until 4 days after her birthday. How can they charge for an overnight service then disclaim all responsibility when they do not provide it. Customer service agents were absolutely useless. They just parrot the company line - not our responsibility! Would never recommend or use them again. Strongly urge people to think very carefully before considering them as an agent.

Paid for a parcel to be delivered for next day AM. Delivered 5 days later. This is happening for a second time in the last year. Doubt that will use Parcel monkey again!

Wow. These people are good; I was in a real jam with a return which never happened (waited in on a promise for over 10 days) and then I was pointed in Parcel Monkey direction and found a carrier. I had to take the item (23kg) to the dispatcher, however that wasn’t terrible as at least I was able to return my item at last.

Absolutely disappointed with using Parcel Monkey. No time slot given and Pacelforce did not even turn up to another courier. Unable to speak to anyone in Parcel Monkey customer service no telephone number to call. Really disappointed and feel let down.

Taking additional money from a card is not a good way to attract customers especially when it’s twice the original cost & without hard copy proof so would never ever use the service ever again

I cant complain but keeping me I formed of progress of the parcel pickup and delivery is very poor. I was advised of the day of pickup but no idea of what time of day that would be and Parcel Force had no information on their Website until after collection. Their website was then updated with collection, onward travel and time of export even though this meant nothing. I was unable to find any information regarding delivery and was only able to find this out from the recipient.

Used parcel force via parcel monkey, paid extra for insurance, the parcel arrived at the other end damaged, the recipient sent photographs and have been totally compliant. Three months later no refund, parcel monkey say they are waiting for parcel force, completely unhelpful.

Used to be good as when I booked with Courier i got one hour collection slot but recently they have stopped this which means could be qaiting all day st home. Courier have also failed to deliver next day as per their promise and parcel monkey would not do anything about it!

Previously used Parcel Monkey to send an item from Scotland to New Zealand. This item was sent to Poland and delivered back to the sending address in Scotland ?! - sent via Parcel Force. NEVER AGAIN ! I had to prove there was an issue…..New Zealand, Poland ?! That’s the issue. I am still trying to understand why the item went to Poland. I then had supply evidence of the issue and wait for a refund because they couldn’t just rectify the problem. This time Courier was used and I can truly say they are far superior. Item was collected and delivered without any issues. GO Courier !!
