Courier never turned up and had to sort direct with the courier. They also need to give you a more specific time frame as we waited in all day, only to discover they weren’t going to turn up.

Your practice of leaving the VAT element till the last page has left me out of pocket. When quoting prices, please list VAT inclusive rate as well the excluded rate. Very misleading.

How do I warn potential customers **NEVER** to use this company? They lie to you, they dont refund, you can never get a straight answer, they dont even have a phone line! Do yourself a favour and go directly with a carrier- never use this company. Parcel Monkey- when you read this, look up the 2 week long (unresolved) chat transcript for the next day order PM10324819 and tell the people reading this review if it is acceptable customer service.

Really easy to use and just had to drop the package off at the Post-Office.
I appreciated having a choice of delivery options for a package that was quite heavy, cost was very reasonable.

i have used Parcel monkey a number of times and they have always been good.
This time was slightly different. Booking was no problem - I had booked parcelforce 24 on a friday night (only to find out they didn’t collect on saturdays). So rather the parcel to be delivered on Monday it would be Tuesday (which luckily wasn’t an issue), But my parcel was borderline for needing collecting by PF- I was told by royal mail most post offices wouldn’t accept it if i dropped it off..but luckily one did. So not as smooth as previous occasion used - but still I would use them again.

I used Pacelmonkey to send an empty & very light backpack style case to Canada. I gave them accurate measurements & weight of the parcel before being quoted a price of £50. 2 weeks after the parcel had been delivered they charged another £39 on the bank card I used to book with. I asked them how they could possibly charge me that much & was asked to provide proof, such as photos of me measuring the parcel & photos of the parcel from myself & the person it was delivered to. When does anyone take pictures of themselves measuring a parcel before sending & how would I get pictures from the receiver 2 weeks after it was delivered? Theres basically nothing I can do, because theyre not even a courier company, theyre a 3rd party company that uses other parcel couriers. This company is run by crooks, DO NOT USE THEM! I would heavily advise anyone to use a real courier service & not a 3rd party company.

Excellent service / ease of use / cost
Had to send back 6 demo tennis rackets and needed additional insurance to cover. Whilst not cheap it worked out about £15 cheaper than ParcelForce direct and was easier to print labels and take to PO. Recommended and will use again.

Loved my second expérience with parcel monkey sending a parcel to France.
They helped all along the way with this new procedure since brexit, completing the form sfor customs, finding the right codes for each and every item in the parcel and all information needed to send the parcel from the UK to destination in France. It was very clear and straightforward with parcel monkey for a procedure that could have been a nightmare on my own. They even proposed several options for delivery starting from the cheapest and where I could drop of my parcel. Perfect. It is a very time consuming procedure since brexit to send a simple parcel from the UK to Europe but with parcel monkey it was the best approach to make it in the simplest and most efficient way. Thanks so much parcel monkey ????! Thanks for existing.
