The person collecting arrived quite early which was a bonus for me so I could go out. He was polite and very efficient.

Thought everything was great until my recipient contacted me as the parcel had been destroyed! Ok so accidents happen, I offered my client a replacement as my package was insured so no biggy. I set up a new collection through parcel monkey and started the proceedings for a claim. I was advised I needed to fill in a form, which I did and included photos of the destroyed item. I was then asked to show my invoice for the cost of the item and photos. I had already sent photos and as it was my company that sent the product an invoice from me would be the same as me telling them the cost of the item which was £30, seemed a little pointless. They were quick to offer me £25 which, to be fair, was all I had insured the parcel for. However, I had sent my claim in for £35.79 cost of the max a claim would pay for my goods and a refund on the delivery. I was told I would not be receiving the cost of delivery back as the item, "was delivered". I went back to parcel monkey advising that surely the contract between myself and them is that not only that they deliver my item but that they deliver it intact otherwise what is the point? Also, as I have to replace the item and pay for new delivery why should I be out of pocket for their mistake. No real communication other than they did offer to refund the £10.79 delivery charge. I thought this was the end of it until the replacement item was not picked up, this happened twice, two days in a row as I had requested pick up for the next day. The first collection fail I contacted parcel monkey they rescheduled it for the next day, which resulted in no collection again, so I asked them to refund me as I was done. The parcel should have been with the client by now and I could not trust them to actually do what they said they would. They told me they would refund the £10.79 as now I had posted it through royal mail. So now I had been offered £10.79 back for the failed collection. The £10.79 for the smashed item and the £25 cost of damaged goods. The offer of the money was just that, until I chased them for the actual payment, several times. It came in, in bits all over the place. The 2 lots of £10.79 came in eventually at different times. So at least the process had obviously started....I was still awaiting the £25 and when I chased it they advised that my bank had rejected it! None of the other payments just this £25 one. Yeah ok, sounds legit! I demanded that they sort it and gave them the bank details to put the £25 in and funnily enough it was done that afternoon. I have since told them to close my account as the stress of this has put me off ever using them again. It was not the mistake or the fact that they broke my item, accidents happen. It was the lack of care and the complete lack of empathy and or respect. I should not have had to argue for my money back and should not have had to keep emailing about the actual funds.

Sent parcel on Wed night on parcel 24 it didn’t arrive until Mon. The parcel was brought to a local post office saying they tried to deliver and left a card but it was sent to halls where there is someone in the office at all times. My son then had to walk a quarter of mile to pick it up and another quarter of a mile carrying a heavy box back not good enough.

Had to travel 10 miles to the drop off point (because parcel was urgent) but parcel not delivered next day (as paid for) but the following day causing me problems.

Easy to use with affordable prices and good choice of providers.
I think next time I would choose a slotted time for pick up as I was expecting a morning pick up to afternoon but it was later in the day and I was concerned as I was going out at 6pm but all was well in the end.

I used this company to post a parcel from N. Ireland to Canada. It was straight forward enough and I was able to drop my parcel of at my local post office.
My daughter received her parcel within a week. Happy days.

I tried a one the biggest delivery companies (local & national one) I had used before. They made a total mess and failed me from the start to as they never picked up my parcel from the drop off shop. They still have not done anything including not refunding my money, I used Parcel Monkey and it was simple and my small parcel was delivered within time scale promised. Thank you!

I posted this via Evri on 23 Sep, to a UK address. It was supposed to take 48hours. It was apparently finally delivered on 9th October, although I have not received confirmation of receipt from the recipient 3 days later. There is no way of contacting courrier directly, you just have to passively watch as your parcel sits in a warehouse. Very very slow and frustrating

Parcel booked out 3rd October online. Collected by 10.30 am 4th October delivered by Parcelforce to company in NI on 6th October.

Parcelforce never turned up to pick up my 24 hour parcel, They claimed I was not in, even though I took the day off from work and never left the house. I only arranged for pick up as I had a parcel due on 24 hour delivery from Royal Mail. Although that had nothing to do with Parcel Monkey that turned up 24 hours late the next day. In the end I took the parcel myself to the post office, and it did indeed arrive the next day at its destination. I wont be using Parcelforce pick up again and will take it to the post office myself.

The booking formalities had changed since I last used them different format. Took a little longer to book in due to this.

DO NOT USE THEM we had parcel collected after careful measuring and weighing and charged us £29 ,fair enough right ! Then only to receive email later on in the week stating FINAL PAYMENT ! Charging us £364.47for a 16kg parcel ! UPS the courier used claimed the parcel weighed 92kg so took the money without consent or proof of being vastly over weight. With no call centre only a chat online to deal with the issue it has been a long drawn out affair to get our money back , we had to provide proof of size and weight , pictures of collection , pictures of item returned with weight stated on the specification. So unless you don’t mind having this kind of money taken out your account I would strongly advise to avoid this company

Great all round experience. Easy to book, collected and delivered on time. My only complaint would be cost for insurance as I felt this was a bit expensive.

Avoid, or be prepared to be ripped off! I sent a childs bike, which went through UPS. I entered the exact dimensions and weighed on the scales. The weight was 13.8kg and I paid £37. Two weeks later, I receive an email claiming that I had entered the weight incorrectly. Apparently, I declared the weight as 30kg, but actually it was weighed as 40kg by UPS!! But the bike only weighed 8kg, plus the box and packaging so theres no way it was 41kg. They proceeded to take an £64 extra without notice given. All of this is utter nonsense, and I cant help but feel like Ive been robbed. I would recommend you save pictures videos of weighing/measuring if you dare use them. I hope the Monkeys can see the light and refund me the £64, but Ive not heard anything yet. This company has no integrity.
