Paid for 24 hour delivery, then paid extra for their ‘delivery guarantee’ eg if not delivered in time a refund is given. Parcel finally delivered 5 days later! Told no refund as despite me dropping off the parcel, the courier didn’t bother collecting it for several days so that doesn’t count?!

Very angry about this sent parcel. I completed all the forms correctly, it took some time but I like to get it right. After paying, when I printed the documents for the parcel, I realised that the weight of the parcel was not the weight that I had put on the form. It was too light by 0.5 kg. There was nowhere to alter the weight or cancel and redo it without having to pay for the parcel again. Now the parcel is held up in Norway. They havent sent it to my daughter and it will now probably be opened by customs in Norway because of an error on the forms which I didnt make. Up till now, have always rated this service as 5 /5, but this experience has made me very cross

This is the second time I have given a disappointing review. They failed to collect my first booking for next day delivery using DPD so I cancelled and rebooked. They failed to collect again and had to use another courier to deliver my very delayed parcel. The only thing I can say is the the response using the online message facility is very good. I requested a refund for both failed collections and have yet to confirm with our accounts department if the money has been refunded.

Parcel monkey does not clear your shipment through customs!!! My delivery is 10 days late so far. Ordered a shipment from the UK to South Africa. Every other courier company I have ever used, contacts you when the shipment arrives in destination country and assists with the clearing of your parcel through customs. My shipment is stuck in customs, I have been sent a contact number and told to phone the number and clear the parcel myself. Side note: I have no idea who the courier company is that was used. All I have is a Parcel Monkey tracking number - What am I going to say when I call customs? "My name is Kim do you know where my parcel is?" Right... Super frustrating - definitely dont recommend them - Spend an extra $10 and use Courier or Aramex or a courier service with a customs clearance team.

27kg of Additional luggage arrived in Malaysia within a few days of collection n the UK. Very happy with the price - 1/3 of the cost of extra luggage from the airline. Finding the correct import codes for each item was difficult for someone without experience, but possible

I’m using Parcel monkeys for many years and found them always reliable and professional, Never had any issues with International parcels or Packages, I always use only use them and never thought of any other companies.

I pay for 24 hour service but it never goes 24 hour. The last 4 boxes that I sent one box got delivered the next day then the other one got there a day later. Then the other 2 boxes that was going to a different address the first box arrived 48 hours later and left at the door and the person it was for was away for a few days as it was a bank holiday so it wasn’t signed for by the person then the next box didn’t arrive for another 48 hours so all in all it took 5 day to arrive but it was a 24hour service that I paid for.I know there was a strike but it didn’t last for 5 day. If u pay for a 24 hour service that should be what you receive.

My parcel has gone all the way Slovakia so I could get a refund but is now on it’s way back to me, despite all the customs docs being enclosed. I have wasted money on a pair of skates having a tour of Europe.

Booked a parcelforce collection, waited in ALL day and they didn’t turn up. When I checked they lied and said there was no one available at home!! Rebooked collection for the next day and the same thing happened AGAIN!! I ended up taking the huge parcel to the post office myself, which was very inconvenient but I had a customer waiting for their item. I contacted Parcel Monkey and they were not helpful or sympathetic at all. I would definitely not use either parcel monkey or parcelforce again. Very unhappy with the service provided.

Picked this company to send the parcel to Israel. Weight my parcel at the post office it was less that 3.5kg all correct measurements. Paid £52 to this company after they took the parcel I received an email that they have changed my card additional £12 due to incorrect weight which is totally lying. Very disappointed
