Its not my first time I have been using Parcel Monkey for the last 5 years, to send international parcels, mostly Turkey.
Always gives me good price and fast reliable service.
Highly recommended for international parcels.

Best price I could find for international shipping, and my parcel arrived safely to its destination in India.
My only suggestion would be some communication with the courier used in India, we had a slight panic when they said they had attempted delivery but they hadnt, it thankfully arrived the following day. :)

The delivery man was so kind and helpful I dont know whether the other delivery men are the same like him I will always use Monkey for shipping in fact next Monday I will rebook Monkey for the second time

I’m a repeat user of Parcel Monkey. Always find them to be straightforward to use and they offer a good selection of carriers.

A very fast service. It takes 6 days to deliver a parcel to France but 4 days are the customs, charges & delivery in Frances that Parcel Monkey & Parcel Force have no control of. The only criticism is the Parcel Force dont give information of the pick up time, this means being available all day. Other carriers give updates of pick up times.

Booked for next day drop off. Then could not find anyone who could take the parcel off me as it was just after 3.30 on a Friday. Told that wherever I went within 15 mile radius it would not be collected until Monday! Stuck with parcel and very let down having paid for next day!!! No-where was I clearly warned of this

Excellent… parcel posted Friday in scotland for to Memphis USA in 3 days box like new .. takes a week to get a delivery from anywhere in the Uk no matter how I send .
A little expensive but will def use again

Bad experience with this company , I booked my parcel collection twice and pay for it, nobody cares to come in or to phone me, regardless the urgency I mentioned. Really bad service!!! Not recommended.

Delivered to the wrong address - the halls of residence next door. Given to and accepted by the person who was not the addressee. My son had to track down the parcel. Disappointing. Positives - picked up on the correct day and transported to the correct town and location in the expected time scales. Not lost in transit. Found eventually so no harm done this time.

Takes the hassle out of posting parcels, put in weight dimensions and click ok. UK or overseas, listing of prices and delivery options at your fingertips, price and options for collection or drop off. Pay your money print your labels. Easy as that.

DPD picked up the goods as stated but arrived at the company in Surrey with open packaging and damaged goods The parcel may have been deliberately tampered with Some of the goods may be missing but these are being checked
