Everything went like clockwork from collection to delivery. So easy to track inbetween too. Plus got the name of the person who signed for it. Would highly recommend and would certainty use them again.

faceless company too busy virtue signalling about planting trees while providing no customer service phoneline and explanations. Comunication betweek PM and UPS non existant and have not a clue where the parcel i sent nearly 2 months ago is ? A monkey could do a better job than this company

I’ve used Parcel Monkey on and off for about 7 years, first time I used them they managed to stop an international sale scam we’d somehow got involved in. I’ve been loyal to them ever since. Always good.

Was told the parcel would arrive in 3 days and it is now 6 (not counting the wk end) and still nothing. So the delivery time needs to be updated

Easy website, straight forward parcel booking, very reasonable posting price. Delivered to its destination in USA quickly and efficiently. Have used Parcel Monkey before and its my go to parcel service every time now. Definitely recommend.

Monkey if sending a large box! Never had a problem.
Only issue - can’t depend on the courier company to get there on the advertised time. Parcel force 48 hour took 5 days to arrive….

I have been waiting approx 2 weeks for a response from these guys to tell me something about my package. I sent a package and I still do not know if it will be delivered or returned to me... 14 days after sending it and i still do not know!! I question for an update literally twice a day, every morning and every evening, all I am told is theyre waiting for an update from the courier. 14 days they have had my package and that is all I am told twice a day. Theyre are not very reassuring, they tell me theyre providing the best service they can but it feels like everyday im trying to get blood from stone. Parcel Monkey offer a rubbish service, an abysmal service. Everything is fine when you book a collection and pay for delivery but when something goes wrong or you need any sort of help theyre utterly useless. A 3 year old child is more helpful then these guys, if child will actually try to help you and if he/she cannot they would ask for support. With these youre constantly waiting for a response from the courier, it is a lame and generic response to fob you off. Waiting 14 days from when the package was collected and still being told theyre waiting for a response from the courier is a joke, this morning I was told they may escalate this to a manager. This is absolutely shocking as I have been asking at least twice a day and after all this time is may be escalated to a manager. I dont see why these guys dont see a unhappy customer much much sooner

Very good service indeed. Documents were received very quickly and parcel presented to the post office was received with no issues. Parcel shipped to the USA within the stated time.
The service gave everything that was expected at an unbeatable price.
I would highly recommend and will be using this service in future as my current courier service could not match these services or prices.

When we booked with you it said 3 to 5 days for delivery. 7 days on and the tracking is saying that it is still in the UK and and not left for Europe yet. If things are taking longer to get into Europe due to Brexit you should state that so we know the score.
