Night Freight delivered the parcel 3 days late, all smashed up. Will never use again!!

the good = parcel delivered fine, the bad = was sent too many emails (5-6) but was not sent delivery confirmation which was dissappointing.

Full tracking is available via the green globe icon next to the order in question when viewed from your account.
Excellent collection and delivery service - I don't see you on the E-Bay auto postage calculator, might be worth finding out how to be.

I was disappointed when I booked a collection at 8.30am this morning with Parcelforce they said they couldnt collect till Thursday

Yes that is correct. Most couriers now have their drivers day's planned in advance and will not make same day booking collections.
Collected like planned and delivered to Japan on time. Thanks.
