Our Response: You booked a next working day service and not a Saturday delivery. Your order will be delivered today which is what you booked and paid for.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
Parcel arrived quickly and without any complications, excellent coordination.
