It would be helpful 2 be given an approximate time the courier would be calling (I waited in all day & the courier eventually arrived @ 5pm)

It was going well until...the parcel was at least 24 hours late. When I contacted Parcelforce they told me only the sender could claim!

Parcel was not picked up on date booked and after numerous phonecalls got picked up 3 days later due to weekend! very bad service

I believe we are entitled to 50% back using parcel force as our parcels were picked up 12 friday and not delivered until tuesday about 12?
