not really against you but parcelforce collected my parcel and then it was at the depo for 4 days i had to phone them countless times

V easy to use. No descriptions for items to be shipped in other materials than boxes ie fabric roll but good quick response when asked.

Contact with the couriers was poor! 3 times they came round to pick up, 3 times they failed to even enter the building. Parcel then stolen!

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
