No reciept for collected parcel issued as substitute driver picked up and he had no paperwork. Appears to have been delivered safely though.

you used "Norsk European" who sent the parcels to the opposite addresses! They put their own wrong labels on them! This is appalling!!!

Parcel was collected friday i emailed yesturday morning to aee where it was as i paid for 48hr delivery, so i expect some sort of refund
