City Sprint rang and said they couldn't do the courier service on the day so we had to wait 3 days - pointless

i paid for a 9am delivery and it didnt arrive until approx 10.30am

I paid for next day delivery and realise it was over the festive season however a faster service would have been nice.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

Was picked up on 24/12 but was not delivered until 30/12 should have been delivered on 27/12 as I paid for next day delivery

Our Response: That is not correct over Christmas as goods collected by City Link on Christmas Eve are not trunked overnight and are held in the collection depot. They are then trunked on the 27th to be delivered on the next working day.
