No phone for queries, no info re Xmas working. Collected 24 Dec, not delivered on 27th, awaiting news. No impressed.

Our Response: We have an online ticketing system for queries, full Christmas opening hours on the website and the item you sent was under a 2 day service which means it would not be delivered on the 27th considering Christmas.
everything went perfectly ,even the day before xmas eve. will use again because of service & price.

Courier had not arrived by 15.00 on phoning them they said they did not know about the pick up. the parcels were collected and delivered.
