driver went to collect siad he had no room on wagon and then did not go back to collect then had no communication from yourselves

This is the 2nd time I've fallen for this. Your service says "3-4 days delivery" to Israel and the package never arrives on time. Don't lie!

I was led to believe the parcel would be collected on 25th April It wasn't collected until the 28th. Not the 24 hour service I'd paid for!
