2 parcels collected by City link on time. 1 parcel via Parcel force 24 hr was collected 24 hrs late - they aren't interested in solution ?

Two days in a row Courier did not pick up the parcel having gone to the wrong address.Parcel Monkey does not have a contact number.Why not?

Very simple and easy to use - the customs declaration was the most time consuming part - can't be helped though.
