the only improvement I can suggest is to give customers a two hour slot for when the collection will take place instead of just all day.

Send updates re pickup/delivery without need to log in to check - this aspect not very intuitive.

Send your drivers out with labels already printed and that's a lot better

It would help to have a better idea of pick up time of parcels, but overall the value for money was excellent. Box was bashed when delivered
