Parcel was collected 30/6/14. Tracking still shows scheduled for collection 27/6/14. Unable to find out where it is as no phone number

The address was incorrect in your system, it's not TankFreight anymore but north east truck Van, because of this the parcel was 3 days late

Took 3 attempts to collect a parcel and a hell of a lot of hassel. 'Next day' service took 3 days - Very poor.
