No reciept as part of printouts, ParcelForce driver was expecting this. Happens every time I use the PF option, unlike City Link that does.

I book the collect for the 4th of July, I can understand a bit of delay but you have collected my parcel on the 10th... I think thats not OK

I paid for a next day collection and it took 3 days for it to be collected. There is no proper help on your website, only limited choices
