Shouldn't promise next day if you can't do it, my parcel should have been delivered by Tuesday but customer didn't get till Thursday.

SEEMED TO BOUNCE AROUND WHEN IT GOT TO GERMANY. TOOK 4 DAYS COLLECTION TO DELIVERY. LUCKILY TIME NOT CRITICAL THIS OCCASION. WILL USE AGAIN.
