Booked for Friday &waited in-collected late Monday with no apology. Had to go elsewhere & pay more to guarrantee collection/delivery dates

Although the driver collected quite late in the day, all deliveries were made the next day. staff were polite and helpful.

the tracking number is very confusing, needs to be made clear that you have to put 2 sets of numbers together in the way required.
