As per usual, you were half the price of Parcelforce but they did the delivery. I don't know quite how that works, but keep it up!

All good, but it would have been nice to know approximately when the driver was coming to pick up the parcel.

DX secure shipment PM3026593 undelivered but the website says 'completed'. Click on Tracking and it tells me not delivered. Very confusing!
