The service is very poor! I sent from England on a Tuesday it said 2-3 days to get to Italy, it is now a week later and no sign of my box!

sometimes you pick up far too late in the day and would be good if you can give a pick up time , to save people having to wait in all day

I sent my parcel via Parcel Monkey and it got to it's intended destination in good time. No problems.

We didn't box it up, it was a bookcase. Never called to offer alternative collection, ie no insurance giving. It was old & scratched anyway.
