Every time I book a parcel I get two email confirmations making it look like I've been charged twice, other than that very good

My parcel was picked up promptly and delivered as stated. I was able to get tracking details which was useful.

Delayed delivery by a day, and when it got delivered to the other side the delivery took another 2 two days delay.
