The courier never turned up on day to be collected, they sent an email saying that we had missed our collection!!

DX did not collect on due date, had to chase, no receipt left, scanner 'broken'. Your site has incorrect phone nr for DX queries.

Not very to be honest bookt parcel to pickt up on the Wednesday waited in all didn't turn up at to rebook and they turned up on Monday :-(((

I expect that you will pick the parcel up on the day you say you will, you almost never do and I have to rebook 2-3 times
