You've been grt, but Parcelforce came with no paperwork to collect, it took 4 calls to them to sort; said if I didn't like it -next day!

I am happy that my parcel was collected next day as requested, but as the van did not collect till after 6pm I had re-booked unnecessarily.

Item was not colllected.Waited in till 7pm.Then had to take to Courier depot(14 miles)Not happy! However delivery was made mid morning

Have pick up times bands eg pick up will take place between 0800hrs and 0900hrs etc.
