MY PARCEL WAS NOT COLLECTED - IT HAS BEEN A WEEK! YOU WERE MEANT TO COLLECT IT ON MONDAY 20TH FROM OUR UNIT AND NOW ITS FRIDAY!

If something isn't broke DON'T attempt to fix it. The service works brilliantly just as it is. Don't try to improve it - it works just fine.

Great service from the home collection to delivery in France. Would have been nice to have received email confirmation of its delivery.
