Price was a bit more than I was expecting &, after saving & attaching the label to an email, the bar codes were not visible to the recipient

This was the third time we have used Parcel Monkey to send parcels large and small to family in Australia. Each time they arrived promptly.

All good. Only improvement would be the driver wasn't going to sign my reciept, until I asked. This should be standard practice.

We are not a courier company, we are a reseller and price comparison site that simply help to get the best prices based on a parcels dimensions, weight, and address. The couriers are in control of a shipment as soon as the order has been completed but of course we do try to support any of our customers should an error occur.

prompt, inexpensive and efficient, could'nt be better!

the parcel was not collected and no-one tried to contact me. I rebooked and it was finaly collected 5 days late

Boxes arrived damaged. Looked like someone had played football with them despite fragile stickers.
