I have used this service on several occasions for deliveries to Guernsey and always been completely satisfied. Their website is easy to use and the collection been on time.

Brilliant service hassle free ! We have recently had to suffer having a van hi-jacked by insiders at Yodel and another parcel worth hundreds stolen from TNT booked with Parcel2go website .
Use Parcel Monkey Guys ! The guy who turned up was Geordie lad ! Thank you guys !

Sending post is like dumping a girl-when you decide it needs to go you just want to pack it, address it and get it gone-Confirmation it arrives the other end confirms it aint circling like an eagle above your own house! Can not speak highly enough about this courier and it was a third cheaper than via Royal Mail-as Alexandra Orlov would quote-simples !!!

Booked a next-day collection on Tuesday, expecting collection on Wednesday. Courier didnt turn up until Thursday. Not best pleased.

Using Parcel Monkey is so much less hassle and complication than going to the post office, even though it is only just down the road. Theres no queuing either! The instructions are good and getting printed out delivery and customs labels takes all the anxiety away

Found Parcel Monkey easy to book online, courier collected parcel when they said they would and it arrived as estimated overseas. Good for updates on progress of our order and trackability.

Well, used them for the first time and not too impressed. Parcel was four days late being collected and involved contacting Parcel Monkey on three occasions to sort out. That said, their response online was good and efficient but overall I will probably go elsewhere next time.

Parcel was booked next day delivery but wasnt collected, it was only collected after i spoke to Parcelforce. Very disappointed.

I needed to send 2 x parcels to Scotland, they werent particular heavy but was 3/4 of a metre long by just under half a metre H/W. Items were tracked & I paid the extra £3.00 insurance to cover the actual cost of items (the standard cover of £75 is free). The Items were also delivered within 24hrs!!.
Price was excellent and a superb service by ParcelForce.

I shipped a boxed Brompton Bike from the UK to Eire for a reasonable price. Collection was as expected and delivery was prompt with no damage - insurance was reasonably priced too!

I recently booked 2 collections. Neither were collected. The courier just referred me to Parcel Monkey. Parcel Monkey were no help. I gave up after 3 days and used a different service. This happened to me before and took 3 months for a refund.

My parcel didnt reach to me for two weeks, I didnt get any answers, tracking number from career company which they gave to me isnt working, all they did was sending me an url which is not working and when I tell its not working, no answer for more 3 days. After 13 days they send a message that advise me to contact to the sender, like Im the third party(!) forgetting the parcel is sent to me, not anybody else, no apologize, and even told me they are not giving any further assistance, like they even gave to me any.

Item not collected and my customer not happy. Insurance should cover lost custom. Only seems to be one certain carrier who is unreliable.

I have now shipped 3 items using Parcel Monkey, and on two of those occasions the labels came through just before or after collection. This is not acceptable. The last time, two different labels came through on the same document and it was not clear which or how to attach to the parcel. Also the current parcel is still out for delivery over a week after collection. The tracking notes were not very clear leaving me unsure of status or action needed.

Nobody showed up to another courier on the correct day, that I had booked and paid for, and there was no communication to let me know. I could not guarantee that I would be at home the next day, nor could I trust that somebody would turn up so I had to drop the parcel at the (not so) local depot, about 15 miles away. The only positive was that Parcel Force upgraded my delivery to 24H which meant that the parcel would still get there when it was supposed to, which it did. I dont think I would use this service again and would not recommend it.

Setting up the collection on the website was easy. Come the allotted day, I got an email confirming today was the day. ....no collection and an annoyed wife. Website help then said that if the first collection in missed, then a second attempt would be made the next day. Still no collection and a very annoyed wife after having hung around at home again. So a webchat ensued with Parcel Money. Assured me that it could be any time up to 7pm that the parcel could be collected....still nothing. Third day, driver eventually came. My now extremely annoyed wife asked why the delay. The response "My rounds in the area are always on a Friday. I dont know why you were told otherwise". Enough said.

The driver was ok, however quite rough with handling my package. Back of the van was an absolute mess. He called me on my mobile to bring the package outside to him. Hes computer was very slow!! and whilst it was being slow, I put up with his swearing and frustrated body language. I felt a little uncomfortable to be honest. Poor service for not much cheaper than anyone else..
