booked delivery via parcelmonkey (online booking process was very smooth). waited in all day for collection of parcel (after taking day off work) and nothing. tried to track parcel and kept being told my parcel does not exist so tried to call and cannot get through to a human so did the online chat. the chat guy was really apologetic and rescheduled the delivery for another day. guess what! no collection of parcel for the 2nd time! chased again via the chat service and was told they cannot track until parcel collected so that was a waste of my time. will not use this service again im afraid :(

Im really upset how I been treated recently by parcel money. They have promises on their different service that are not true. When they broke their promise and I ask for a refund they refused. This was for their same day service. They have also failed to keep times for booking. I booked in for same dat collection with in the time that they gave but they didnt come that day and not for another 2 days. This caused both me and my customer a lot of stress. Again I asked for a refund and they refused. I dont like this way of doing business and I hope that parcel monkey can improve in the future.

I used Parcelmonkey to pickup a couple of immaculate B&O speakers I had secured on Ebay. I insured them for the value of the transaction, and they were parcelled according to specifications. During transportation they got damaged, the courier was brave enough to let me know they had been damaged. After 4 days of not knowing what was going on, i managed to get them delivered. And yes, they were damaged, but not beyound repair. So I filed a claim, and provided all the fact on the website. I then left for vacation, without email access for 8 days. During my vacation ParcelMonkey had requested further details, photos etc. And since I only were able to respond on day 9, they refused to accept the claim. I find this customer service unbelivable, I would advise NEWER to use ParcelMonkey again.

The experience of using the parcel monkey website to select a delivery service is pretty easy and quick. However, I chose Yodel for collection of my parcel who did not show up on the selected collection day. Again, arranging collection for the next day was relatively easy but it did mean that my parcel got to its destination a day later than what I had originally planned. There was no explanation from Yodel or Parcel monkey as to why the parcel wasnt collected as scheduled. 3 stars purely because of delay in collection.

I used this service about a week ago now, and all seemed good when organising for the parcel easy to use etc, then I received an email to say my parcel would be collected Thursday, great I thought, it is now Wednesday of the following week and no parcel ! It hasnt been collected still ! Although when I finally got hold of someone from parcel monkey as they never responded to my email ! They told me it was to be collected yesterday and again still no collection, this service is a joke and I would recommend you avoid it like the plague !

Disgusted! would recommend that people read the SMALL Print and the T&Cs!! Parcel Monkey will take your money and make a monkey out of you.. Offer you a Next Day Delivery,& you PAY for that Next day delivery, only for the courier not to turn up & collect the parcel until the day after it should have been collected! give them a wide birth! they are not customer orientated in the slightest. and no explanation as to why your parcel was never collected in the first place! Be Warned!

Wow! Last time I used these I had a nightmare, thought Id try again and what a total turn around! Parcel delivered next day as booked, collected at 2pm and there next day at 9:30am! Now thats service! Id defo use again! Total different experience to the last time!

My only comment for feedback would be to ask if an email could be sent when the parcel has been successfully delivered.

Paid £36 just to delivery 2 large umbrellas to Thailand (would not fit in suitcase and not allowed to be carried by hand on an airline). Then got charged £20 more just to deliver them. Massively overpriced.

Terrible service. Parcels werent collected on time. Unable to call so used the online chat tool. No admittance that they were to blame giving me the couriers phone number to call them myself. Items arrived 6 days late - as these were for my business I lost £1000 in revenue. No admittance or help from Parcel Monkey - appalling customer service - avoid.

I recently sent two shipments via Parcel monkey. Both were brand new products packed in shipper cartons. Both deliveries were damaged. One item was completed smashed. I contacted Parcel monkey and although Id paid for the extra cover they informed me it had been timed barred. I contacted them on the third day as Id been out the office and was unable to inspect the goods. The item cost £160 so I was very disappointed they Parcel Monkey wouldnt help.

Not happy at all...only two parcels out of five picked up with no phone call to let me know...waited in all day and nothing....why take my phone number if youre not going to use it .?....RUBBISH !!!!

I purchased a long heavy item off ebay from 200 miles away and was finding it difficult to find someone to carry it for me at reasonable cost,
i explained this to a delivery driver who recommended parcel monkey.
They picked item up when they said they would and delivered next day. Very pleased and would not hesitate to use them again
