My only criticism is the collection time 8 am - 6 pm !! I waited in all day - it was 4 pm when they arrived. Bit of a drag.

Parcel was collected on the correct day however to date 2nd May it still has not been delivered. I use this as it states delivery in 3 days however once again this has not happened.

Absolutely perfect, could not believe the efficiency of this service. Parcel collected from my local uk post office 5.30pm Monday it arrived at the destination in Portugal on the Wednesday morning, unbelievable service and all for such great value.
In my experience I would definitely use Parcel Monkey again. I could not be happier.

I have sent and received parcels through parcel monkey and never had a problem. they provide the packaging and collect when they say. deliveries always get through with minimal fuss. my go to parcel company. very pleased

Whilst the online booking was easy enough, it was impossible to get a response from either Parcel Monkey or DX, the carrier they had sub contracted to when the collection day had passed. No-one answered the DX customer service telephone number nor returned my voicemail. Appalling service. My wife was messed about waiting in for the collection. I have not yet had confirmation of delivery. Chose them due to the large size of my parcel but I wont be again.

Best price around, and claimed to be convenient in how quickly they came to pick up my parcels, but in reality didnt come on the day planned or any day for the next week. My parcel was waiting outside my house for a pick up for at least 7 days. Luckily my customer on eBay was understanding (she herself had recommended Parcel Monkey, perhaps foolishly in hindsight) but I shant be using them again.

Was really pleased with the service! My friend in the UK was to meet ParcelForce for my parcel pick up - unfortunately, hed been poorly and rearranged it with no hassle. They picked up on Wed and delivered to my door in Canada on Wednesday! Precious and sentimental item delivered with care and precision! Thank you!!

Few points that should be improved: - the address fields are really short and limited in terms of characters - when the address gets passed through to Dpd, it was very cut down from what I entered and I suprised the item was actually collected - the tracking number given wasnt recognised on the Dpd site, and yes it was the correct number I was checking

Great service. Came when stated, informed by email and text. Delivered to customer promptly. Only criticism is they delivery guy didnt leave a card to say parcel left with neighbour or mention it on tracking info but it was delivered.

Collection and delivery worked smoothly. Only suggested improvement would be to give a morning or afternoon collection time rather than having to wait in for a whole day (8 am - 6 pm). Will definitely use again.

No one came to collect the parcel at the day they supposed to, no one came the second day so I contacted customer services at 3pm , but they said no one will come today either. On day 3 the driver collected the parcel, and no one knew why the collection has been delayed.

Worst experience! Needed to send an immediate package, they were supposed to come collect I wanted to reschedule collection but no customer service other than sending a post to them? I even read the bad reviews but trusted them!it didnt work for me at all and I would never in my life recommend them

used Parclmonkey a number of times all good experiences, on this occasion waited for collection which did not happen twice, got charged for nothing being picked up and wanted me to pay again to get same item shipped.....will never use again.

I made a booking for a parcel collection giving 5 days notice. It was important to be collected on that day as it was the only day someone would be available to hand over the parcel to the courier. The courier, which was DX/Nightfreight failed to arrive and no contact was made to explain that there was to be no collection. The following day the excuse was the driver didnt have enough room to accommodate it . Why do I have to give dimensions of a parcel if this is not being considered when collecting consignments. The knock on effect of this failure is both costly to me and makes life difficult.

Never knew of " Parcel Monkey " until found them while searching the net. Excellent communication and service. Courier pick-up done on time and next day delivery very good, especially for the cost. Will definitely be checking for all future courier service needs.

Sent a parcel out on 27th April midday to Hampshire from Essex as of the 1st may still not arrived at the destination spoke to parcel monkey via live chat as you cant ring anyone direct and they say its yodels fault and cant tell me why or where parcel is first time Ive used these monkeys and last time
