I used this service when trying to purchase an item of furniture of ebay. An internet search showed that this was the cheapest service so I went with it, this was over a week ago and I have still not recieved my delivery. Parcel force tells the person at the collection that they will come at a certain time but then fail to show up. I have called on a number of occasions as well and recieved no help. This is a becoming a common trend of offering a good priced service and then providing really poor quality!

Once the parcel was collected from home never knew anything else from it. No confirmation emails, nothing. The code I got for tracking is incomplete and makes impossible to track the parcel. At this time I dont know if my parcel reached its destination or not.

Had never even heard of this company but googled to find someone who would take a parcel that was too big for Hermes and up they came. It ended up being Yodel who was the carrier and the whole system was much smoother and quicker than Hermes. Fantastic service.

Purchased courier service to US with a 3-5 day delivery. What I got was more than 2 weeks to deliver, and not by courier but through United States Post Office. Disgusting Stay well clear

Took too long to get an item from England to Italy. Claimed it had been delivered when it hadnt. Sent me proof of delivery with a faked signature on it. In the end the consignee got in touch with the Courier firm and sorted it all out. Collected 14th April , truthfully delivered, on 4th May. Parcel Monkey dont have an ounce of good customer service about them. They just dont care.

I have no complaint about the service from Parcelmonkey but I booked my delivery through them with Parcel Force and, although I booked and paid for Express 24, my parcel wasnt delivered the day after collection. It was collected on Monday (as ordered) but not delivered until Wednesday. I did not receive any communication from Parcel Force to justify the delay nor offered any compensation.

Having spent several days trying to find a reasonable rate for some heavy (and very valuable) parcels, I stumbled across parcel monkey.
The price was half of what parcelforce quoted directly, and the service twice as fast.
Would definitely recommend these guys.

It was my first time to use this courier and will be honest had my doubts as I read reviews after I placed the order. However I shouldnt have worried /panicked. I recieved an email confirming my order and a text the following day to advise if date and rough time of collection. Due to the weight of the item it was collected by two gentlemen in full DX uniform who explained what happened next and who attached a label and give me a receipt ( this was confusing as email said print label but when I processed the order it didnt give the option) this was delivered and signed for two days later. I not had feedback but hopefully everything was ok and delivered without dsmage.

The online booking went smoothly. The cost was fair. The list of items that are not covered by insurance is a sign of how they deliver the goods as every possible item is EXCLUDED from being insured, I should have realised at this point that the item would arrive damaged. The item was an oak 2 drawer filing cabinet wrapped in bubble wrap and with a cardboard box wrapped around the front with the drawers taped up. When it arrived in an unsigned written van the delivery driver struggled to lift it out of the van hit the edges of the van with the item lifting it out but by then it was too late anyway. All the bubble wrap was ripped and filthy dirty and immediately you could see that it had been dropped on the corner as it has split the top and the corner was smashed beyond economical repair. DO NOT USE THIS DELIVERY COMPANY. I was naive to think that something as simple as a box could be delivered without being broken by this company.
