A VERY GOOD SERVICE TILL I SENT PACKAGES OVER 10KGS WHICH MEANT I HAD TO PAY AN XTRA 20-30 POUNDS SURCHARGE PER PACKAGE FOR MAURITIUS.NEED TO WARN CUSTOMERS THAT OVER 10KGS PACKAGES WILL ENTAIL EXTRA COSTS TO GET DELIVERY IN MAURITIUS.

Good website and choices of courier. Followed up by excellent service buy the chosen courier - DPD who let me and the buyer know when the parcel was on its was and gave a 1 hour delivery slot. All for half the price of rubbish Royal Mail.

Happy with time frames, prices fair. A little confusion regarding labels. I purchased service that would provide the labels, as no access to the printer but when checked my account, it had a print label button.
Also feels packaging guidelines importance should be highlighted more prior to purchase. I received an email after I purchased, with guidelines and then had to reopen and repack parcels in keeping with guidance. Hoping I didnt alter size and weight too much from what I submitted. Otherwise I felt good service and will be using as a regular courier.

Supplier used this company to send 2 (TWO) plants to me. This company have now said they have tried to deliver for the last few weeks, have constantly said they have left cards but no-one in! Its a business address and UPS, Royal Mail, PDP, etc etc etc delivery here daily and have no trouble what so ever. On top of that my supplier is saying he is not responsible for delivery (even thought I paid him for it) and these people have done nothing but issue "misleading" information. I wouldnt use them for any delivery and even Royal Mail can do better than these and they are hopeless! Appalled by such poor service.Would NEVER recommend them.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, I am little confused with the situation here as plants are not to be sent via a courier network such as the one our courier partners use when you book via our quote engine. It seems that you are waiting for an item but did not place the order so the sender will need to contact us via their account so we can then reach out to the delivery company who are trying to deliver this for you. Please ask the sender to get in touch via their account and we will be more than happy to assist the account holder to get this fixed.

Unhappy, the parcel was smashed on arrival and even though I paid the insurance not able to claim. Parcel Force terms and conditions did not cover me which I was not aware of. Also I asked for a breakdown of my invoice and received no reply.

I tried parcel monkey to send a parcel abroad which is very expensive. The parcel was not delivered apparently due to insufficient recepient information. My only option given was to have the parcel returned to me at an added cost or destroyed. Parcel monkey were not able to advise which information they believed to be incorrect. I have checked the address and telephone number were complete so for this reason they returned the parcel free of charge. I am very disappointed because the whole thing took 20 days so a great waste of time. I was lucky I had put a high insurance on that parcel otherwise I doubt I would have seen it again. Stay away from this company and use a courier directly is my advice. It will save you a lot of time stress and effort.

Sorry to hear about the delivery issue, the only delivery info the courier will have will be that of what you provided at the time of booking and if this is not sufficient they will return the goods at a cost and therefore there is a charge to get it back from us as we will of been invoiced by the courier. I am sorry to hear there was an error on this occasion and all details had been correct and therefore it was a mistake with the carrier which would of still happened if you had booked directly.

I will just paste the whole trail here, Start reading from the bottom... Today 10th september no answer still... I guess its not convenient to reply. ------------------------ You Can anybody answer?????????????????????? All of the sudden everyone goes quiet. I just hope the parcel gets collected today from my customer as I arranged yesterday and you refund me the previous booking that never materialised... When I checked the tracking, nothing shows and parcelforce quite literally refuses to help as I am not their customer. You are BUT you are not even bothering to answer any longer! This is just a pain in the rear... its not that difficult to do things freaking right instead of causing grief. Friday 9th September 2016 at 17:51 You Following my previous message, I have called Parcelforce to "request" that the collection takes place after 3pm if possible. The young lady I spoke to could not find the tracking details and asked me to contact you as in her words "you are not our customer, you are parcelmonkeys customer. Parcelmonkey is our customer". Basically, she cannot track this: parcelforce/track-trace?trackNumber=xxxxx therefore cannot contact the driver to stop him wasting his time collecting in the morning as the lady wont be there. I called DPD as my customer do not have a printer for the label. I was told for her to write the parcel number in a piece of paper and the driver would either do a label or take it to the depot and do the label there. So far, good. I called back DPD and they advised there was no record of my call the day before but told not to worry... it would be re arranged for today. THEN today the driver refused collection as they do not have the destination address. I only know this after speaking for over 1 hour with 5 different DPD agents. I am told to contact you as apparently they did not receive the destination address??? I am told to ask you to create a new label/order so THEY know where the parcel is going. This is being EXTREMELY frustrating and a waste of time so far. Can you see or look into what has happened here? why do they have the collection address but not the destination?? Many thanks for your lengthy review, we at Parcel Monkey do not make collections this is handled by DPD as they were the courier you choose at the time of booking. We will contact the carrier on your behalf to get this collected as soon as possible. We offer a Live Chat if you log in to your account so you can access full support in getting missed collections resolved. DPD do not bring shipping labels, they will need to be printed and attached by the sender.

Whilst I think the website could do with some polishing overall everything went ok.

Parcel Monkey got us a good price on a parcel to Egypt. If i was doing this again Id register a few days before and do the whole process over a few days, some of the so called restrictions get emailed to you at various times and it was a little hassle, but maybe that was the carriers and not Parcel Monkey. Ive already recommended Parcel Monkey already to others, did the job, and Id use them again.

I sent a pair of brake discs from Belfast to Germany.
Parcel Monkey were inexpensive and reasonably quick.
bit of difficulty getting the label email to me, but that was sorted via online chat. also, you drop it off at a Parcel Force depot, not a post office.
overall, im pleased with the service and would use Parcel Monkey again

Dont bother trying to use them - especially outside of 9-5. I needed to use it next day but after taking my money apparently there was an error that I needed to call them about... Only for them to be closed!

What would cost 39.99 at the post office has costed 13.99 plus free collection. If you have access to computer or smart phone then you would not need to go somewhere else. You will be given estimated collection time. The only improvement I can think of is sending a text message an hour before collection.

Collected when they said, on Monday from Isle of Wight. Delivery to South of France Wednesday. A day earlier than quoted. Little exterior damage to box but nothing serious. Half the price of Royal Mail. Would use again without hesitation.

The tracking was very helpful and enabled me to see where my parcel was. I wasnt in when my parcel arrived and they did a second delivery the following day. I parcel arrived just as it had left. Extremely good service and would definitely use this service again. Oh and the cost was very reasonable.
