I parceled this up with tape and added string for extra security. The driver tried to pick up the parcel with the string and then ripped it off. Didnt ring the doorbell as Id left it in the porch nor did he leave a receipt. I paid extra to make sure this was delivered on time and it was

Website easy to navigate, labels sent and easy, detailed instructions on what to do with them and how to seal the parcel. The parcel arrived from the U.K. to Canada in a week. Great service, would definitely use again.

Would have been five star if drop off point had been able to give me a receipt. Wanted me to leave it without one as the boss was out with the phone! I had to go somewhere else. Got to Ireland very quickly.

Delivery of a large 14kg parcel to America in 2 days - Never I said - well it arrived at its destination in Ohio on the second day even though it was opened and inspected by customs on that side.

When trying to return a mattress topper following a free trial, the company concerned wanted to charge £40 for carriage.
In swooped Parcel Monkey to save the day. They arranged transport for less than a quarter of the price and less than I could have got it for, via Parcel Force.
I was given all the relative tracking numbers and proof of delivery, which was as scheduled and trouble free.
I dont send parcels often but, when I have occasion, Parcel Monkey will be my first port of call.

Buying a guitar from someone in Bristol, I sent an empty box for the guitar. The sender had to extend the box by a matter of 3cm. This made the parcel nowhere near 10% bigger than booked. Also, there was no way it could not have fitted in any of your vans despite the first driver refusing it and saying he had to send another. I dont mind paying a surcharge for the extra volume but charging £79 in addition to the original £27 is outrageous. Also, you are a private company - you are not allowed to fine people. That is only for our legal system. I am considering taking you to the small claims court.

I organised you on the Monday and pick up was meant to be on the Tuesday. Annoyingly, my product could of been stolen. My parcel arrived on the Saturday and I paid for an Express 48 hr. I will write in to customer services, once I have time.

Courier failed to another couriers that I paid 24 hr express delivery for despite me ringing after 4pm with my concern, was told to waiting until after 6pm. I contacted Parcel Monkey at 8am the next day to re arrange collection as was told they could only collect the next day despite it being a failed collection from yesterday. I needed this parcel delivering asap hence why I paid 24hr express. On enquiring about droppping of the parcel at a collection point instead, I was told I probably couldnt drop it off at a depot as it was a collection label and I would have to cancel the order wait 5-7 days for a refund and arrange another collection. I ended up taking all 4 heavy parcels to a drop off point post office who scanned the labels no problem. I still took another 4 days for my parcels to get there! So absolutely no point in paying for 24hr express, Parcel Monkeys customer service is absolutely pointless they can do nothing to help if things go wrong.
