The courier was very friendly. He waited patiently as I forgot to print the label. He also said that he will put the label on the box. Item arrived at destination the next day.

I originally rated this as 5 stars only to be charged again 2 days later saying my weight and dimensions were incorrect. As much as I could possibly understand this, I certainly didn’t expect to be charged more than my original cost of £52.84 and then a FURTHER £53.76. So on total this would be £106.60. I have raised a case with the company, to no avail. They say they will respond within 3 hours. I have waited more that 3 days.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with this company. After quoting £40 for the delivery of 2 items, they deducted an additional £160 from my card without warning after delivery. This was said to be on the basis that the items weighed more than quoted, but this was not the case, and after I sent them messages including confirmation of the items’ weight and dimensions from the manufacturers website, customer services have just not responded to me, let alone refunded the money. I’m left having to challenge them through my bank.

Spoke to Natalie today via chat and I asked her "why dont you fulfill your promised delivery times". She immediatelly replied to this question with "oh, this is just an estimate". I then sent her a screenshot asking her where on that page it said it was "an estimate". She wouldnt answer or point out where the "estimate" was on the page. She answered only that they would email me when they heard back from Evri. She is either dishonest or has an IQ slighly lower than a chimpanzees.

Absolutely shocking, shop where parcel was going for collection would not take it, so took it to SOUTHAMPTON only 900 miles from here and said I had to collect or a fee of £116 was payable to destroy. Do not return parcels like parcel force/royal mail do and charge the earth for any error. NNNNNNEEEEEEVVVVEEEERRRRR AGAIN

where do i start. I could not minus 100. BEWARE: THEY HOLD ALL CARD INFORMATION INCLUDING CCV2. THIS WAS USED TO TAKE £80 WITHOUT CONSENT OR NOTICE. 100% FRAUD. TAKE PICTURES OF PARCELS WEIGHTS (on the scales AND DIMENTIONS AGAINST A TAPE MEASURE (as requested by them). I WILL BE REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS.

As we live in a rural community where many of our post offices have closed, it was great to be able to prepare the package from home and have the labels sorted before driving to town to post the item abroad.

Slow delivery. Company advertised that it will take the recepiant abroad to get package in 3 working days. However, it did get to specific country 8 days after the postage. It advertised that it is fast delivery but it wasnt. Good price but really slow delivery chance 2 stars

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- They have lost a high value parcel. Ok mistakes can happen, but the customer service dealing with this is appalling. Every day, we get several emails saying they will respond within 48 hours. It has now been 3 weeks with no update at all. Therefore, also no compensation. I paid for 1-2 delivery, it is now 1 month out and no progress on anything. AVOID .

Ive had a series of incredibly frustrating experiences with this service. On three separate occasions, I was patiently waiting at home for a scheduled pick-up that never happened. Whats even more baffling is that I was told they attempted to pick up my items, but there was no indication of any attempt – no buzz, no notifications. This alone was a significant inconvenience, wasting three entire days of my time. To make matters worse, I initiated a refund process after these repeated letdowns. I was assured that I would receive my refund within 24 hours, but here I am, still waiting for it. The services customer support is a mixed bag. The only positive aspect is their chat feature, but even that is far from perfect. The major issue is the inconsistency among their customer support agents. Each one provides different answers to the same questions, leaving customers in a state of confusion and frustration. Overall, my experience with this service has been nothing short of disappointing.
