The website was easy to use. I chose a door to door service which was excellent value for money. The pickup was done same day and the box reached Ireland as expected. I had never used the service before but Im glad I found it.

The worse service ever! Prices might be attractive, if you dont want to receive your parcel. Our parcels have never been picked up. Customer service does not care. Not only they wont go the extra mile, they would not even do their job. They ended up cancelling my parcel and charging 5 euros. When wanting to reschedule with them a pick up and requesting the parcels measures and weight, here is the reply I got: Barbara We are no longer into this since it was already canceled and you have been refunded. Apologies if we cannot assist you on this.

PM5879728 is my parcel number. I dropped off my parcel on 9 Nov 17. I chased parcel monkey on Wednesday 15 November who told me they would contact dpd. I contacted them again on Fri 17 November. Again I was told they would contact dpd again. So I took it upon myself to contact dpd and spoke to a manager there who had a look at the file and said parcel monkey have definitely not been in contact with them?!!! Why are parcel monkey lying? I will be taking this matter to trading standards if this diabolical service is not resolved. And before parcel monkey tell me to raise a support ticket fao manager I already have and I am getting the same lies!

I am having to write this as I am not receiving a satisfactory response from parcel monkey. The took my parcel over a week ago now, the item is quite valuable and they cannot tell me where it is or what has happened to it. They keep repeating themselves saying they are speaking to the carrier. I have now asked to active my insurance that was taken out in my original order for the delivery. They have completely ignore this and just continue to say the same thing I am now starting to get angry. Their service is none existent. Totally unacceptable and unreasonable. The is no way of contacting them by telephone,

Absolutely terrible service, avoid at all costs. I made a booking on November 12th to be collected on the 13th & paid for 24hr delivery. My package wasnt collected until Friday 17th following days of chasing both Parcel Monkey & Parcel Force. Upon speaking to Parcel Monkey on Thursday 16th, I informed them that I was still awaiting collection, the girl on their live chat via their website didnt really sympathize with my issue & also made a point of telling me that once my package is "eventually" delivered, I can then "possibly" speak to their claims team to try & get a refund. I could not find a phone number for them anywhere on their website to call & complain about their service & was limited to their live chat, which made my experience with them even more unbearable. It is now Monday 20th November as I write this review, and after just tracking the package, I can confirm it still has not been delivered. So Ive paid for 24hr delivery with insurance & its taken 168hrs & still has not arrived at the destination!

I am not happy. In my order I notis the pick parcel up time : after 5.00 p.m. Delivery man did that on the morning - its not correct. In this time seller is not at home and I now have not my parcel and no more answer from seller now.

No one check the parcel if address is right in sorting before sending it, also there online system never detect it. An ebay item was sent and put exactly the same address which was one of the Norways island and they said it is not the Norway. then why did you accept is at the first place rather than contacting me after few weeks that address is wrong. and i asked them to make it correct and send it which they do not want to do but said that we have to send it back to you first and they charge me £15 to deliver it back to me when it was only a small parcel. What a rip off!!!!!!

The driver that collect the parcel was very rude and took the parcel and ran without attaching any documents. However, the price to Saudi Arabia was competitive and the parcel was delivered safely in four days so we were happy with that.

This is a great comparison site for postage services. Ready to use, stick in your parcel details and all the various services you could use pop up. Choose the one you want, book it through the site. All the labels and tracking come through the site.......very good.
