Terrible service the last two few times i have used this system. The DPD drop points dont inform couriers that parcels are waiting to be collected after your have booked it with Parcel monkey and it seems to take over a week for Parcel monkey to rectify this. I have had to ask 4 members of team where my package is!

No one cam to pick up my parcel. Paid my money, was unable to contact anyone number directory no one answered my emails. I’m furious with the service and would like a refund ASAP

Did not collect or deliver on time. No correspondence or communication to confirm why it was late so resulted in 2 wasted days awaiting collection and delivery.

I sent 2 parcels to different parts of Norway. Great service would have gave 5 stars but one parcel took 7 days and wasnt keen on the paperwork having to list the cost of everything and attach to the parcel, as it contained gifts. I think registering the value online would have sufficed. Otherwise great service and far cheaper and less stressful than Going to the post office.

I would of given five stars if the parcel would have been delivered to the front door and given to the addressee. This is the second time this has happened so instead of myself paying for this service canada post has let parcel monkey down once again.

Second time I have used parcel monkey..fraction of post office services especially when sending abroad..Kept up to date with transit.excellent service and have highly recommended.Parcel arrived on time..thank you.You need to advertise a bit more fell on your company by chance and a lot of people never heard of you.Great service Parcel Monkey..I shall be spreading the word????

The service you have provided was great but sadly parcel force have not done so good I’ve not received my parcel yet and no sign of delivery I’ve seen it was collected on Monday 11th December 2017 but no further progress absolutely poor show. I’ve also wasted time in waiting as on Monday it was collected with no more info for two days so I thought it might be arriving and the tracking was behind I guess not.

Quite disappointing really! My parcel was supposed to arrive on the 14th December and it has not! The service in the U.K. was fabulous, however when my parcel cleared Australian customs, then it arrived at the local depot and it has been stationary for four days now!

Completely inept Customer Service. £695 package sent from UK on the 5th December to New York via DPD. Tracking on the 12th said delivery would be that day. Then NOTHING. The tracking reverted back to Your parcel has left the UK and is on its way to the USA. Its now the 14th December. Ive had 2 days of raising tickets and emailing Parcelmonkey customer service. I also raised a ticket to FAO Manager as they advise on here STILL NOTHING. No emails, No response to the support tickets, NOTHING. I was told that they have requested information from their American Couriers (DPD). That was 2 days ago and no feedback from anyone whatsoever as to what is happening. The customer is still waiting with no information as to where the package is and so am I. No one at Parcelmonkey is willing to take responsibility or even investigate the matter. DREADFUL EXPERIENCE......DO NOT USE

Its getting even worse! Promised my money would be in my account within 24hrs.... it has now been 55 hours and once again I am being ignored! This company is awful and should not be allowed to trade! Ill be back in touch with trading standards tomorrow!

I sheadule two times to my parcel be collected! 2 times! and in the 2 times I schedule it noody came to collect it! I was all day at home, I needed to take days off to stay att home waiting for someone arrive to another courier and nobody came. I still have the parcel to be collected........And guess what! Cant take more days off to wait for someone that will never another courier! Im really disappointed!

Very good service, parcel was picked up morning after gping on line, it arrived in Italy 6 days later, but have to consider there was Saturday and Sunday when J dont think the parcels travel. The cost of posting was very reasonable, I have used this service a few times now and have always been sarisfied.
