Excellent service, sending parcels to family in Israel.

I was very impressed with the service and would have given 5 stars except for one thing in the booking procedure. I was sending multiple items to the USA as Xmas gifts and you cannot put country of manufacture for each individual item, you can only enter one for all items, Then when you print off the pro-forma for customs every item has a country of manufacture beside it meaning that I had to write in the real countries manually. I have to hope this does not affect customs in the USA

Parcel Monkey does offer quite competitive price for courier service on the market; however, I have lost count that their couriers just didn’t show up for collection in several occasions. Especially when I booked for Air Express service, I really hope the goods can be delivered within the time frame they advertised and charged me for. It’s more like a hit and miss, just need to test your luck. The most frustrating thing is, they claim that they are the middle man, cannot figure out why the parcel is not collected. I really hope this management level of Parcel Monkey can improve their service by intergrating with their service provider better.

Supposed to be delivered in 4/5 days but its still not delivered. At least is possible to track it... Ill come back and update the review when (if) the parcel will be delivered.....

Very straightforward online experience, no problems with tracking the parcel. It was delivered in the time given.

WOW this was cheap...... i mean the service not the price. Following up to my previous post the manager emailed me and passed me over to someone else who took days to reply. Just more evidence of passing the blame , i still havent had an acceptable outcome from the company for damaging my product. Seeking legal advice now . If you have money to waste and dont value your business stick to Parcel Monkey , but if you do, look somewhere else dont be conned like i have.

Easy to use, just selected the service I wanted and printed the label. They scanned it at the post office and that was it. The link to the tracking is useful too.

Sent a consignment to France weighing a total of 22kg. Got picked up by PF as arranged and was easy to track. Parcels were received in 3 days with no problems. A really good price - saved me £60 for same service if I took to P.O. can’t fault them at all.

Easy booking for DPD, drop off at Sainsburys in Tunbridge Wells Sunday morning, delivered to Birkenhead Monday evening. Pretty good going.

They were great. From the Uk to Southern Ireland in a couple days and way cheaper than Royal mail. All in one large box, under 20kg. Cheap, Cheap, Cheap!!! Will definately use them again.

Terrible, failed to collect on Thursday tried to arrange a recollection for 2 working days later(4 days as there was a weekend)which was no use to me after much pressuring from me I was told collection had been arranged for the next day(Friday), still not collected so I contacted the courier(YODEL) directly to be told that no re-collections had been arranged for me so Parcel Monkey on line chat staff LIED to me , Yodel hung the phone up when I asked to speak to a manager. 3 to 5 days to get a refund when they are quick to take the money from your account. , The Royal Mail and Parcel Force may not be perfect but they are way better than this lot. I will continue to pay higher prices for the service. Overall a terrible experience.

I have used parcel monkey befor without issue but this time having chosen DPD (same as last year) I found that DPD had no record of my parcel & I had to chase things up to then find it was on parcel2gos site with their tracking number, totally different to the original. Also although parcels were delivered ok which granted in the main thing I only found out when both recipients contacted me as after a further 2 days from actual delivery the tracking was still showing as "in transit".

Fast service at a reasonable price - parcel dropped off on Friday at local post office in UK and delivered in Netherlands on Monday! Cost for 2.8 kg: around £13.

Ive used Parcel Monkey many times (for international shipping), and will continue to do so. Of course, they dont do the actual couriering .... my experiences with the companies that do has been mixed.

2days from england to normandy you cant get that here sometimes.
