Chose DPD pick up for delivery to USA, delivery was stated to be 3 - 6 days, from drop off to delivery was 8 days so a little disappointing. Have used Parcel Monkey previously with no issues. Use of the website is very easy.

The collection of the parcel was fine but once it had left the country there was no way of checking any further. the parcel monkey site just said that the parcel had been collected. the parcel arrived but was damaged

I ship to Canada at least 5 or 6 times a year, get my package picked up from my place of work ( convenient for me) and I can track it all the way to the delivery address. Parcelmonkey make it very easy for you to fill in and print the relevant customs and address documents... and, keep your payment details secure making the whole business a very smooth process.

A little difficulty in setting up the account (it still says it is only 75% processed!) but have used it a few times now and everything works simply and smoothly, including remembering your details and order history without having to keep re submitting them.

Excellent. We have used Parcel Monkey for delivering parcels on our behalf on a number of occasions and found the whole process from booking which service to use from the choices given to being able to get tracking/delivery information and printable VAT invoices so very very simple and efficient. On the odd occasion where we have had issues (one created by our operator with size/weight error and the other where order was confirmed but no label link to be able to print) have been quickly and easily resolved via the query submissions avenue. All round excellent, cost effective service.

I guess the saying you get what you pay for is relevant here. Service said 4-5 days we are now on day 10 and the parcel has still not been delivered although it is supposed to be getting there by end of day. Support chat was in a word useless when I contacted them the other day. I shall be looking elsewhere in future.

Pretty smooth process from beginning to end. I wanted to send a parcel to France - using Parcel Force directly it would be more than twice the price, but with Parcel Monkey I got the same service for a lot less. My local post office was initially thrown by the pre printed Parcelforce labels but sorted it out quickly enough and the parcel arrived in about 4 days - the recipient very pleased!

They didnt provide a service, took my money didnt collect parcel, now its going to take 3 days to get money back. Time wasters AVOID!!! Pay more for a reputable company, its not worth the hassle.

First and last time I use this company. After 13 years of sending my eBay items Royal Mail 2nd class and never having an issue. I now have negative feedback! My item was over 2kgs and I thought I would try this service via dpd. The parcel itself has been up and down the country including being delivered back to me! 2 hours on live chat with four different reps which all have a script to follow and told me the same thing four times ... put in a complaint ticket to be told “well at least the parcel was delivered”. No phone line, no support and down right rude. Plus because you are booking dpd through this company the tracking starts at Portsmouth and you can’t contact dpd direct. If you want you parcel to arrive please don’t use this company

Very easy to use and service was exactly as described. I had a very important parcel collected and sent to the Philippines, I was apprehensive at first but I selected Parcel Force on Parcel Monkey and the parcel was delivered within 8 days safely.

Tracking hasnt been updated only at the delivery day. Was a bit worried. But otherwise its a good service. Improve tracking and got 5x

The parcel has not arrived at the correct destination and there is possibility that additional payment maybe required to get it from Maputo to Vilanculos in Mozambique this was not explained or anticipated.

We paid extra to guarantee delivery in 2 - 3 days, (cost was £19.89) but were very disappointed that the parcel took from Wednesday 15th Nov till the following Tuesday (21st Nov) to arrive in Singapore. The parcel was needed for my daughters imminent trip, leaving for Bangkok today. It only just arrived on time. The label had not arrived 2 hours after payment and my husband had to contact the support team who then processed it. We have had no problems in the past using Parcel Monkey, but were disappointed with the service this time

Paid for 3 parcels to be collected, Did not turn up on day that I paid for, This 2 bit company then promised they would be picked up the following day, Low and behold no one turned up, After calling the courier direct they said there was no booking for my address, Called my bank to reverse the payments which thankfully they have, Many live chat messages were read and ignored it wasnt until I mentioned trading standards I got a response in the form by the way do you want me to cancel all your shipments how professional...........

Service itself was good -- filling out the form was easy, collection was seamless, great updates through the tracking link... However it said 3-4 days delivery time and it took 6 days! So while the service was good, the actual delivery (which is what matters most!) didnt live up to the promise...

Just cannot get over how you as a company can get away with your trading practices. Insurance fraud You can pick up 2 days later than contracted Yet you are devious regarding your 7 day rule Knowing that you don’t email or phone customers You are making sure that this rule slips people up. I put numerous posts on Facebook, showing photos of the damage etc that you caused to a Rayburn XT That was secured and wrapped on a pallet. Apart from the fact it was dropped by your couriers. And plenty more on your messenger, which I have copies off. This is before your 7 day claim rule One working day after the 7 day clause,you don’t even email me you hide behind your site. You should be ashamed of your selves, and I will tell as many people I can about your trading practices. Parcel monkey does not care a hoot about their customers Having photos of 350 kg Rayburn cooker before Rayburn Waiting for collection standing up well wrapped secured on pallet Rayburn on back of delivery lorry, on its front! And parts missing on different pallet.?? Hold your head up high, you’ve managed to screw someone else. Why am I talking like this to you, because over that last few days your company has gone out of its way, wriggling out of paying the claim. Parcel wasnt collected, had no phone number to call. took ages to get a helpful response which was NOT polite, re-arranged for collection the next day.... AGAIN not collected, same problems again - CANT CALL, unhelpful and somewhat automated staff responses, not helpful and RUDE

First time using Parcel Monkey. Very easy to use. Quick service, receipt of labels and delivery to family in rural Canada. Much cheaper option than the post office and much quicker delivery.
