Wanted to send a parcel to Germany. Got an extortionate quote from Royal Mail. Parcel monkey via dpd where by far the cheapest and it only took two days to get there. Will use parcel monkey for all international deliveries. Perfect 5+ for me.

My parcel was booked to be collected 12/12/17 and delivered to Greece on a 2-3 day service. Parcelforce collected my parcel and then stuck in the wrong label so it ended up in a company near Coventry. After speaking to the company on 14/12/17 they explained that it had been opened but then resealed as they realised it wasn’t for them. After many phone calls to Parcelforce they finally collected my parcel from the incorrect address on Thursday and delivered it to the shipping company. So now, 1 week after placing my order for a 2-3 day express service, my parcel is somewhere between the UK and Greece. I had to contact all the individual couriers myself. As for Parcel Monkey, on their tracking system it simply says ‘11th December 2017 @ 00:07: Collection Scheduled‘! Great work Parcel Monkey......I certainly will not be using you again.

This was the first time I had used Parcel Monkey as my usual providers site was down.
Firstly their booking process is so easy and intuitive to use that even someone whos got limited internet knowledge would be able to book a delivery.
Secondly, their prices are very competitive, if not a little cheaper than what Im used too.
Thirdly, and more importantly to me than the price (pennies) is the reliability and this is where Parcel Monkey really shine. I was constantly kept up to date via email with progress and the collection took place almost to the minute of the estimated collection time.
I cant really rate them on dealing with problems or anything such as this, as my first experience with them was a perfect start.
From my limited experience with them, I would say go for it, what do you have to lose, I will not be returning to my previous delivery company if I continue to get such a 5* service.

Went with parcel monkey because I had heard good things about the service. I have sent a 9kg parcel with Christmas presents in to my sister and niece in Australia but received an email to say they werent sending it because it contravined the terms. I have put childrens toys in the parcel and a gift for my sister. I emailed to ask what I had put in the parcel that couldnt be sent. Initially I received an email to say they were looking into it but after hearing nothing for a couple of days I emailed twice more but still have heard nothing . Lack of communication not good .

Only complaint is I had to wait in all day till parcel was picked up. Would of been better If i had been given a time. Pleasant driver easy to do on website. Would use again and recommend to others.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. They will loose your parcel, then start asking STUPID questions like "whats the delivery address" when OBVIOUSLY they know what the address is ! They will make many more attempts just to waste as much time as possible, so you get tired of it and decide not to make a claim in the end. DISGUSTING PEOPLE. oh, 1 more thing: if you complain on their facebook page they will BLOCK YOU! dodgy con-artists and cowards - thats what they are !

Awful awful awful please stay away I read all the bad reviews and took a gamble hopefully nobody else does. If you do you will need photographic and video evidence of the weight of your parcel as once its gone they WILL steal money off your credit card telling you your parcel magically weighs much more than when first posted mine put on 6 kilos ?? I contacted them and they told me photographic proof was needed for them to return MY MONEY so I contacted the parcel company who confirmed it weighed 4.8 kilos not the 11 kilos they said it weighed hence the extortion. after putting this evidence to them theyve stopped answering my emails and still havent returned my money. To rub salt in the wound the parcel still hasnt been delivered 2 weeks after it should have been. GO ELSEWHERE PLEASE HEED MY ADVICE DOESNT MATTER THEY ARE TWO QUID CHEAPER THE GRIEF WILL KILL YOU...

ParcelMonkey does it again. Important parcel to a relative on Australia - arrived safely and cheaper than mail. Very easy-to-use website. Dont generally get on very well with comparison sites but this one is excellent.

surprised to receive e mail from south african courier company i had never heard about. further surprised that i was told i would have to pay more money for customs in SA?? Nothing mentioned to me in this regard from parcel monkey and a kind of ransom - if i dont pay they wont deliver the parcel and it is stuck 12000km away. Parcel monkey should make people aware that an other company will contact them and further money may be payable . . .

Very easy website to use for bookings. Straightforward drop-off system arranged with Royal Mail Parcelforce. COmparatively inexpensive. Minimum paperwork. So, well done Parcel Monkey, and well doen Royal Mail Parcel Force.

I was a bit sceptical at first. Posted a metre long 20x20cm parcel weighing 27kg for £15, fully insured, 48 hour service, Including collection
I was amazed. Brilliant service. Will certainly be using them again. Happy to recommend!
