Ive sent a parcel to Malaysia in February, chocolates & biscuits and got delivered. But last week I sent same items to Hong Kong but got told parcel will be return to me due to prohibited items! No update or contact to inform me about it? Called up by myself and got told will be return to me! Called to Parcel Monkey got told that this is their policy for prohibited items? Why can sent to malaysia with no problem and this time to Hong Kong got return cos this matters? I have called to Hong Kong customs to check it out and they told me chocolates and biscuits is allow into Hong Kong. What kind of policy is this? I pay £33 for postage. This is a unacceptable services? Why it allow me to fill up the form when I purchase the postage? Wasted my time and money for all those hassle to contact around for an answer! Still Parcel monkey cant give me a right answer why it can be sent the first time to Malaysia and cant sent this time to Hong Kong? Very disappointing with your service! And got a reply with an wrong PM no from you that make it more worst! No given any dates for return my parcel to me. would not using your service again in future and not recommend to any others friends! Avoid this company.....worst explanation from your company! No intimation given.
French depots fault.

Items arrived earlier than expected which was great. HOWEVER, all 4 of the boxes were badly damaged and had clearly been thrown around. Several items were completely ruined including crystal glass belonging to my grandparents which is irreplaceable. Cooking pans have large dents in them and my slow cooker is wrecked.

If I could give this company negative stars on this review I would. Essentially, I had intended to ship 2 packages from the UK to the US, but these were ultimately returned for containing items not cleared for international shipping. Okay, my bad. I didnt pay attention to what I packed in them. I was told theyd need to be returned to the provided return address, which I no longer lived at. I asked if I could update the return address, and Parcelmonkey said yes, if I paid extra. I sucked it up and did so on top of paying the transfer fee to have them return my packages to me to begin with. This entire process took ages. I literally saw customer service reps on their sorry excuse of a customer service chat blatantly ignore me and my attempts to get info on the status of these packages. Finally, since they clearly did not want to actually do their job and help me, they made up some BS excuse about how my packages were lost in the mail, AFTER theyd gotten my money that Id paid to update my return address and to get them to return them. Funnily enough, berating them on twitter got an almost instant response and my packages were magically found within minutes. I finally got them back, 3 MONTHS after this charade began, and I happily paid the full price Parcelforce postage price to re-ship to the US after sorting out the contents. I dont blame the UK Post Office clerk who clearly thought he was doing me a favor by recommending buying postage through Parcelmonkey instead of paying the going Post Office rate, but I will absolutely under no circumstances ever use or recommend this horrible service ever again. Im not a UK citizen, so I know Im not familiar with all the ins and outs of UK laws, but after using Parcelmonkey there I am shocked that the company is allowed to continue operating what appears to be one of the biggest online scams ever. DO NOT waste your precious time, money, or sanity on them.

24hr delivery service took 6 days to get there, and no compensation due to the fact it was eventually delivered, fobbed off with lies that it was being investigated when they never got back to me several times. Avoid unless you dont want your 24hr service delivered until after 6 days
