Very bad services, had time sensitive package to be delivered and parcel force said they had collected the item when they did not and took an extra 4 days and lots of calls chasing them.

Dont trust the information given. Delivery time stated at booking was not actually the timeframe of the courier so my parcel missed an important deadline.

DO NOT USE; I had a heavy crate to be collected, it wasnt collected on the day as arranged, even though I was assured at 5pm it definitely would be. At 7pm I then realised it wasnt being picked up. The crate was too heavy for me to move (90kg) and I had to leave it on the driveway overnight with no security. There is no phone number for the company, only a message service during office hours with their customer services. Never again Im afraid, when you complain their attitude is that "we are just the go-between" so why bother with them? AVOID and go direct!

From the UK to a certain point in South Africa the service was great. Fast and efficient. But the parcel in South Africa has not yet been received and seems no one seems to know where it is. The receiver received an email from a company that said they will deliver he called them and they now say another company is delivering and this company also have no idea where parcel is!!! Confused

Ive been using Parcel Monkey for my small business for a while now for sending items over 2kg within the UK and overseas. The prices are competitive and I like the option of being able to have my parcels collected if I need to. The website is easy to use and I would recommend anyone give them a go.

I did not know that I had to include THREE copies of the invoice with my international parcel (that cost me £40+ to ship), so it was returned to me and I had to resend again at the same cost. Pretty sure that it was not mentioned anywhere in the paperwork from Parcel Monkey that I needed 3 copies.
