Excellent service

The service was very good. The parcel was picked up at approximately 16.30 on Monday and delivered to the address in Denmark at approximately 12.30 on Tuesday.
The only criticism was the inability to book a pick up slot. The driver said it could be done but it wasnt clear at all.

I am hugely disappointed with the service I have received. I was trying to send a package at a drop off point on Friday to reach the USA by 19th April. I paid a very high price to make sure this would be secure. However I had to wait for 2 hours to try to get my shipping labels ready. They were so unresponsive...Then offices close. And there is still a problem. But I gave all the correct shipping info...and still I am told there is an error. My stress levels are now crazy! I am left waiting all over the weekend with zero resolve. Now after paying a lot of shipping money, and unable to send the parcel, I am just left in the dark and possibly the parcel may not get to the destination on time now. This is not my problem. I am absolutely disgusted and upset with parcelmonkey. This needs to be sorted out and I want compensation. The website has no direct e-mail or clear direction to a manager or complaints team. I will never use parcelmonkey again. I demand a clear response and it is up to you to fix the errors. How can this be my problem? I am So so upset and disappointed!!!!

I am happy , for the service I received on pick up, from UK. But the drop off in Greece was terrible. It took many days . Nobody contacted the receiver of the parcel. He had to track the item , chase it up , contact them and organise the delivery himself. They even told him he could pick it up himself. And we are talking for a box of 18kg paid to be delivered door to door !! Terrible !! And very rude!would never use that service again

Easy to use. You come back quickly with the postal details. Delivery is quick. Thank you. The only comment I would make is that is isn’t clear ( or wasn’t to me that the parcel had been delivered on a desk top.) I can clearly see it on my phone though! ) Thank you again.

Shocking, I paid £29 for a 48 hr delivery, due to be picked up on 02/04/19, picked up on 03/04 without even a phone call, now on the 11/04 my delivery still has not delivered it and better still don’t even know where it is. ????????????

Recent large parcel sent by ParcelForce through PM arrived on time and in good order.
I havent always had such good results but at least PM does have a helpline and its prices are good if you are sending larger or heavier parcels.

Invoice 5968846: Parcel should have been collected today ( Thursday ), driver said he did not have that info on his system so could not take the parcel. I paid for next day delivery . The Monkeys said they could rearrange collection tomorrow, which means delivery on Monday. So I have paid for next day delivery, and got 4 day delivery. Asked for a refund between the 2 sevices and got the reply " i am afraid that is not eligible for compensation. apologies ". Avoid this company, there are many more 3rd party bookers out there!

They are just careless and chose the worst company internationally. Ive sent a parcel through parcel monkey in January 2019 with paid everything. And I know that theres no charges in receivers country and already cleared from customs without any charges but the local company still demanding money from my recipient which is shameful. Now on the top of that they are saying pay us or we destroy the package.

Paid for 24 hour delivery for 4 parcels. Only one has arrived on time in a horrible state; box was opened, items broke (despite beinv pancked in bubble wrap and clothing). Rest of the parcels arrived 3 days later also in a horrible state. Never had such a poor experience with this service. Very dissappinted.

Collected my parcels promptly, arrived in country quickly, only downside due to Turkish customs and having to pay some taxes, we had to collect from post office rather than being delivered to our address, but that being said will use this service again!
