Best parcel site out there.

Good service and competitively priced. The estimated delivery timescale was 3-5 days and that was spot on. Ive used other couriers when Ive sent large parcels to mainland Spain and this is the first time that its been a problem free experience.

The worst courier delivery booking company i have ever used I send varied amounts of parcels each month with many of the courier companies using this and other booking agents This company claim to be the cheapest available. Yes some of its service options available start as the cheapest, but work out not to be. When paying for 24 hour delivery and then eight out of ten times not completing within in 24 hours but taking from 48hours up to 5 days to deliver. When you book with this company many times there is a big delay between placing order and courier receiving the order leaving delays in collection or courier turning up with no labels. Also very poor and late at updating tracking info. When there is an issue all you will receive from there so called customer service team is standard replies and failure to do anything. All other booking agents i have used have passed orders on quickly kept tracking updated and are very helpful with customer service. You can even call them and speak to a real person.

Dont use. Only 1 delivery attempt, if the recipient misses the delivery, your parcel is lost. If you didnt paid for extra liabilities then forget about your parcel and your money. I have been using them, they loose 30% of parcels. What they do is have good deal with DPD or other carriers but they dont actually re-deliver in case the recipient was not available and they dont track the packages on returns to sender address. So if your recipient misses the delivery, the package is basically lost.

I have used these several time recently to send to Chile, Argentina Malta and New Zealand but despite weighing the parcel carefully and taking photos on the scales every parcel has then had additional charge sometimes as much as the original postage, so may look cheap but actually very expensive. Quote cheap prices then charge double and you can not dispute this as they have the parcel and just take the funds.

Needed some mail collected from the UK and delivered to Netherlands.The whole process from collection to Delivery took 2 days at the standard rate. I was able to track the shipment and in fact it arrived sooner than expected. I will definitely use Parcel Monkey again.

I arranged for the parcel to be collected on Monday but it was actually collected a week later even though I was receiving regular texts saying that my parcel was going to be collected on the day mentioned.Poor service..
