We had TWO BIG luggages full of personal effects. They said our two big luggages lost in somewhere. When we asked for the names who is carring our luggages to sue them, they did not provide any names. Well, you may say "these are their principles". Then wait for it, they did not even paid back anything! In sum, they both stole our luggages and did not give anything back. They stole our personal effects full of gifts and moments.. So dont send any personal effects or something valuable. Our tracking was on PM7086535 International Priority.

These clowns contracted with UKMail to deliver a package for me - UKMail left the box on the deliveryaddress door step and it was stolen. UKmail wont speak to me becuase I did not contract directly with them and Parcel Monkey say that its not their problem becuase they dont do deliveries themselves. TOTAL RIP OFF BANDITS _ DO NOT USE THEM

parcel PM6939310 its been over 3 months and i have still not received payment i have provided proof and details and pictures of the item that was delivered damaged this has gone on long enough i now want the cost of the item that was delivered damaged by your carrier i dont want to hear any more excuses the person who was the recipient has not replied you keep saying have emailed and no reply which is impossible as no email was ever supplied this is not a reason to hold the claim up any further I sent the item fully insured an royal mail have said there is nothing else they can do and you should of concluded and paid worst company ever I will be reporting the company

We have had a very disappointing experience with Parcel Monkey. The delivery estimate was 2-3 days. I dropped off the package on the Thursday before Easter and expected Easter to cause a slight delay but on arriving back in the office on the Tuesday the tracking said delivery was expected on Friday. By lunchtime on Tuesday it had then changed to say Monday, a week and a half after I had dropped off the package!! Wont be using Parcel Monkey again.

Wouldnt use them again. Initially had issues with the courier (DX), which wasnt Parcel Monkeys fault, but when I spoke to Parcel Monkey to see if there was a different service I could use that delivered on Saturdays, they cancelled my collection with DX without telling me, however, DX still came and collected the parcel but as the order had been cancelled, once it reached their depot it was just left, until I had to contact DX to find out where it had gone myself! Parcel Monkey then denied they had put the order on HOLD even though DX told me that they did and that they had generated a SECOND collection which DX were going to do on the Monday! Live chat is a waste of time also, dont help and then tell you to fill in a contact form who then tell you to write a letter!!

Worst company ever. Feeling helpless. Trying to chase my package since February, without any luck. No one gets back to me until I chase first. Always, get an automated apologetic e-mail. No call centre. Based on my experience, four-star reviews appear to be fictitious.

My parcel is still yet to arrive it was dropped off on the 16/04/19 it was a 3-4 day delivery its now 24/04/19 was told it would be dropped off today and still nothing has been recieved and there was somone in all day. There has been no message to say if they will redeliver either.

Courier was an hour late. Ridiculous that there’s no customer service number to speak to someone. Used the online chat and wasn’t responded to until hours later. Wouldn’t use again.
