One of the worst companies I have dealt with. Ordered a collection with them. First day did not come. I complained. They said they would make sure collection the next day. Another day off work I messaged them 4 times that day making sure the collection would be made each time they said they guaranteed it would. No collection. I complained they said not their fault as it is the collection company and would not give any compensation and would only book for another day and for me another day off work. DO NOT USE.

Efficient agency used many time without any issues with them. some of the delivery companies they use require extremely good packing to arrive undamaged!

I have used parcelmonkey a few times, twice with the courier collecting my package from a drop off location, once with them collecting the parcel directly from me. Every time, once the parcel has been collected the service has been great, but there has been a long delay for the parcels to be collected. For the most recent collection from my house, shipping was estimated at 3-6 days. I waited a couple of days before complaining about collection delay, in the end I had to rebook the collection and they came 5 days after the original date. Without my investigation, the parcel would still be waiting to be collected. Im fairly sure the problem is with parcel monkey rather than the courier as whenever I have items delivered to me by the courier, they are very prompt. I recommend searching for the best price in parcel monkey and then booking it directly with the courier for fast service!

Good prices, but multiple bugs in the process make this unusable for anything other than casual use (you cannot place and order for multiple Courier boxes, the tracking and shipment links for Parcelforce dont work). Certainly not usable for small businesses who have a couple of parcels to send per day - its just too buggy at the moment. Hopefully that will improve.

We used parcelmonkey for an amazon return which we couldn’t do on the aisle of Man as nowhere accepts QR codes. I was very sceptical but I decided to just follow the system. Both big boxes went without any hassle & had my refund within 2 working days. Really good service

WARNING - Parcel Monkey UK have consistently tried to avoid settling a legitimate, damage in transit claim, 4 weeks on and Im still trying to get the issue resolved and compensation for my losses, this company should be exposed for its bad handling of insurance claims and its avoidance to pay out tactics

Parcel Monkey can be hit or miss. Sometimes the service is smooth and efficient. Other times there are glitches and the customer service reps arent able to assist. Most times the parcels are delivered. About 1/3 of the time there is an error. Either the parcel isnt picked up or the paperwork doesnt come through. Refunds take forever in this instance. In the event of a lost or damaged parcel, expect months to pass before resolution.

This is my experience of parcelforce they didnt turn up the first day apparently they went to the wrong address therefore the delivery went into the Easter weekend they didnt deliver a Saturday so my parcel is being delivered on Tuesday today almost a week later I think this is service is appalling I

Great service and very good value. Only issues I had were (1) adding text to both the description of contents and the address label where there was a very short limit on the number of characters, (2) special characters like "&" didnt print on to the label, and (3) some parts of the label overwrote others.

Ive used parcel monkey for 4 years. They are generally reliable but when something goes wrong they are appalling, they just dont want to know. It takes 3 hours for them respond making a meaningful conversation impossible and when they do reply its always a generic reply. I have now asked for a refund for not receiving the service I had paid for, they didnt even send me labels, now Im having to wait 7 days for the refund. Appalling customer service, they have just lost a customer, I will not be using them again.

Have had numerous instances where par el monkey refuses to deliver to certain postcodes for no apparent reason. If you go onto the various partner websites like DHL or Parcelforce there is no problem with the rejected postcodes.
