Positive: the parcel arrived in 4 days as always. Ive been using the same service other 4 times. Negative: the box has been ruined during the trip. It arrived ripped from one side.

Always cheaper for Parcelforce services when sending abroad. Same service, tracked & signed ... just 1/3 to 1/2 of the price you pay at the Post Office. My parcel arrived quickly and safely. The recipient was very pleased with the speed of delivery too - and the price.

I maybe got it wrong but i thought my parcel was going to be delivered in three days (my grand daughters birthday presents were enclosed). I know there is no delivery Sat/Sunday hence three days delivery. Received Monday, better late than never.

This service is excellent however I just have one concern how come I send a large parcel that cost me £18 then a much smaller one but Sri cost me £11 not much difference

Although easy to use and competitively priced, this was my second use of Parcel Monkey and both were unsatisfactory. The first package wasnt collected on the day it was meant to be and was then collected on a day I asked it not to be, causing a lot of hassle trying to work around the collection. The second package was meant to take 2-3 days but took 6 days, which caused issues with deadlines. I doubt Ill be using them again.

Very easy to arrange, had the choice of several courier companies and prices dependent on the the speed of delivery required. Cheap, efficient and provided labels you can print out for your parcel. I will definitely use next time.
