There was no need for me to worry!
I was worried about sending parcels abroad at this time of year. But everything arrived safely on time and made my friends day very happy.

Yet again since my last reveiw parcell monkey have not sorted my delivery my parcell been missing now since 18th of dec every time i ask i get those message we aim to get it sorted ive had 100 pre sent appologies and still nothing nothing but shear incompitance dont use parcel monkey go to Courier ups fed ex you will get a better service and deal as parcel monkey use them then add money for your inconvinience stay away from parcel monkey you have been warned

I booked the courier on the Friday for Monday collection but they didnt come until Tuesday this keeps putting a further delay on the items being received by our customer.

Unhelpful, unable to inform you of where your parcel is. Between now & november 2018 it has lost our company approx. £3000 & a large contract, if you wish to deliver to East Kilbride its mission impossible and parcels are constantly lost. re-supplied with tracking link when the question is not where by why the parcel isnt delivered next day.

Often cheapest BUT MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PICTURES OF WEIGHT AND SIZE AS THEY MIGHT CHARGE YOU BASED ON LIES.

I used this company when I moved back to the UK from USA. Prices looked great, they picked up on time and delivered on time. So I thought all was great. Then came all the pain! My Mother (70yrs old) signed for the parcels and was made to pay import fees! Even though I had paid for the delivery in full! The for months after they kept trying to add charges saying I had given the wrong weight and sizes.. The parcels had sized PRINTED on them when bought so that was hard to get wrong. Weight... I weighed them three times to ensure I had correct weight, but the insisted I was wrong by 30kg on one! Really!! Took me over 4 months to try and sort out this mess and I still ended up losing some of the charges by UK customs excise as they said they dont refund certain charges. All in all, they looked good and seemed good at the beginning... If you use them. DOCUMENT AND PHOTOGRAPH EVERYTHING! I will NEVER use them again.. buyer beware!
